So I been having ear pain so I called this office to make an appointment, they made one for two weeks later I told them I had two insurances. The first one they didn’t take and the other one they did I told her plz make sure I don’t want to go there for nothing. Sure enough I came in today and of course I wasted my time. They are lazy to get the information on the phone to check prior Patient comes in. Not only did they make me waste my time and gas they also wasted the Doctor time when he could of seen someone else.
