Wow! Friday’s snowstorm toppled my Mom’s tree just barely missing the house. Alex came to the rescue. Knowing that more snow might be coming in the days ahead he asked if he could come over on Super Bowl Sunday to remove the tree! He knew that the insurance adjuster was coming that week and we were on a tight schedule. Still can’t believe he gave up his Sunday to take care of my Mom. Alex has 16 years in the field and made quick work getting the tree away from the house. His chip truck has a boom crane so he can quickly cut up a tree in bigger pieces to save time.

After seeing all the reviews, I called to this tree service. Alex from the Loyal Tree Service first came and give us quote to trim off a 50’ft oak tree for $ 600 & other removal 4 small bruches (remove tree sump)+1 oversize bruches+one 10’ft pine tree+manicure a small tree branches for another $ 600. End up, the oak tree is going to be take care by the town and the left over job, they over charged me to $ 750 … End up all tree sumps are still sitting there in the bed and he said will come back for additional job … Since then he took my money and never came back and never answer my phone nor return my call …

Highly Recommended! I had 3 large oak trees that needed to be removed and 9 other trees that needed to be pruned. I shopped around and ultimately chose Loyalty Tree service based on a variety of factors and a fair and reasonable estimate.
Alex and his team are hard working and very efficient. Alex makes sure to keep you in the loop during the entire process. They arrived exactly as promised, finished the job promptly, and cleaned all the extra twigs and sawdust. Great job!
Alex’s wife is also very personable and customer focused. She is a valuable part of their team and played an important role in my decision to choose them.

Lowest price. Great customer service and professionalism. After getting several estimates for the removal of a large dying oak tree hanging over my house, Loyalty Tree Service was, by far, the least expensive. Tree was gone in a few days. Looked like the tree was never there.
