Brenna is the best they have! I got married in the area and she did my hair and makeup, she’s amazing. That’s who you want. Vivio has other great makeup arrests but we had a bad hair stylist who could not do a simple style, don’t know her name, very nice lady but did a terrible job on my sisters hair. If you’re the bride you can’t go wrong with Brenna!!!

I’m kind of torn, I wanted to like my experience at vivo but I feel like I could have gotten more for my money at a massage envy. I was down at pcb for vacation and it was right after my birthday, as a gift my boyfriend paid for me to get a much needed massage, and I chose to get a 90min one while in Florida.(I now regret this as there’s a location in Nashville that is far superior). I gave him the choice of Vivo or one other place and Vivo was chosen only because the other place failed to answer their phone or emails. He was able to book and pay online easily. The highest marks I can give Vivo are that they let me cancel and reschedule once very easily because I had gotten a pretty bad sun burn. I rebooked for the last day of my trip. I came in early in the morning and parking was horrible, I wish they had parking just for customers. I went in and was greeted and taken upstairs. They showed me the locker room and where to wait when I was done. Let me stop for a second and say that I usually try to find a place with something additional in amenities, like a sauna or relaxation pools etc and pcb is the first place I’ve gotten a massage where I couldn’t find this(I’ve had luck in long beach, ca, Nashville and Kansas City) but I let this go to get a massage on vacation. I went to change and I am a plus sized woman, I wear a 18 – 20 and the only robe they had was a «one sized» which I could barely pull shut and hold in order to not give anyone a full frontal nudity flash, this made me extremely uncomfortable and far from relaxed. I put the robe on(kind of) and went to the sitting area and didn’t wait long, thankfully. I was taken into a room pretty quickly. My masseuse introduced herself and asked about focus areas, I mentioned my sunburns but said they were okay to be touched now and that my problem areas included my neck, shoulders, back, hip, and carpal tunnel. It started good and she worked on my hip, I got a decent massage for a little bit and then it went down hill. I enjoyed my scalp massage, but I really needed the shoulders and neck to relieve my tension. She did not touch my neck and barely touched my shoulders. She spent a long time on my scalp and at one point I started to feel like she was drifting off to sleep. After that she moved on to my feet and I feel like she spent a third of my massage on my feet,(with only using one hand) and wasn’t even applying much pressure. It was then that I realized she was drifting off to sleep. She would start applying pressure and it would lessen to where her hand would pause for a second or two and would cycle back. I got to the point where I was moving around any time the pressure lessened and that began to wake her up. After I got back to the locker room I noticed I was a few minutes early too which wouldn’t bother me if I didn’t feel like I had already missed out. They have a small locker room, there’s a nice shower which I did take one, they provide shampoo and conditioner and towels. This was my final disappointment, every other place I’ve been to with a shower has had q tips, combs, lotion, body wash, and sometimes a few other things like mouthwash. I did open a drawer and find a hair brush with someone else’s hair stuck in it. So I washed my hair and left with wet knotted hair and feeling like I had gotten two $ 45 massages at massage envy and still come out on top. Next time I will either just wait till I get home or go to some cheap place in Florida, where I won’t feel like I wasted my money.

I wanted to like this place. I heard great things. However, I cannot recommend this place for massage or facial services. The facial was an hour of stuff splattered on my face. Each time a new product was rubbed into my skin, the previous product wasn’t successfully removed. The person had tentative hands. I felt like I was a lab rat with stuff being placed on and taken off: the artistry and experience wasn’t there. The massage started well. But then it was as if she got tired or stop caring. She massaged my feet with one hand for 25 minutes of the 60. Never got around to my arms. Full body massage it wasn’t. Pricey lesson

Getting away from Mardi Gras in New Orleans, we took a family trip to Rosemary Beach. My cousin and I were pleased to hear we were gifted with Valentines massages and pedicures. Walked in for our Monday 11am appointments and were greeted warmly by the lady at the front desk. I asked if I could switch to a manicure instead and that was no problem. We were lead upstairs to the massage area to change and start our 30-minute sessions. I never had a massage before(I now know what I was missing), so I was a bit intimidated. No need for that, my masseuse Nicole made me feel comfortable and worked the hell out of my back. I’m a runner and carry a lot of stress in my upper back and shoulders and she seriously did a great job working those knots! Thank you Nicole for giving me a great 1st massage experience. After we were done upstairs we went to the downstairs salon for manis and pedis. Christa, who did my nails, did a nice job. She was friendly and talkative and gave me a pretty manicure. I would certainly return again if I was in the area for a little pampering. My cousin had her toes done and they looked pretty as well. Located in a cute beach town, Vivo is the place to go for some«me» time! Note: Our significant others called and made all the appointments for us. Vivo put their credit cards on file, and my cousin and I didn’t have to worry about a thing when we were finished.

While in Rosemary Beach for a wedding, I decided to make good use of my free time with a cut and color. Vivo’s was an easy decision since it was walking distance from the Pearl. Juan did an amazing job with color and cut(and, yes, the demi covered the grays). The entire experience was excellent for me as well as the bride who had a style and makeup by Jennifer. They were very accommodating with everything we needed including stemware for a celebratory bottle of wine. I will make a point to need a color & cut the next time I am back in Rosemary! Go ahead and treat yourself!

I had a great experience here. Got a facial and an eyebrow wax and I found the staff very caring and professional. Would recommend to anyone! A little more pricey than what I’m used to back home but it was worth it for vacation.

I visited Rosemary Beach with my family & had the pleasure of visitnig this WONDERFUL place for a massage and pedicure with my Mom. It was beyond AMAZING!!! From the ultra-personal booking experience over the phone to the warm/delightful welcomes extended upon arrival to the royal treatments received while there, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Vivo! The décor of the salon space in the front entry is striking and chic as well as the rest of the building(mirroring an upscale European villa) We will definitely be back upon our next visit! LOVEDIT! Among the best I’ve seen this far.

I was in Rosemary Beach last weekend for a wedding and came here to get my grey hair dyed. This experience was memorably bad; a total waste of time and even though it was cheap, it was still a waste of money — sorry for the long review but it is needed to understand how bad this place is. I’ve been dying my hair for years in many different salons in Dallas and CT and I know the process that is needed. I saw Paul and he was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing. I gave him instructions for what I wanted: demi-gloss color between 6 and 7 neutral and then explained that I wanted him to put it on the roots first and then wait 15 – 20 minutes before pulling it through the rest of my hair. He told me *if I heard right* something like«I’ve been doing this for 2 years and know what I’m doing». .. I got a little concerned because most of my colorists in Dallas have been doing hair for a lot longer, but knowing what I wanted was simple, I wasn’t too concerned. After he put the dye on my roots he immediately pulled it through the rest of my hair — when I said something about this he said that it was OK because the dye was fast-acting. I let it be and mentioned that my hair usually takes a lot of time. I chose to leave without drying my hair(my choice) in order to leave quickly and meet my boyfriend to go to the beach. The second I saw my boyfriend, he asked if I dyed my hair because it was still grey!!! I knew it was bad if he could tell. I sighed, did not want to waste another hour at the hair salon and went to the beach, and called the salon in the morning. I explained to them that my grey was not covered, and that I do not think they left the dye in long enough(grey takes longer to cover). They called me back stating that I would need permanent dye to cover it. Now, I have heard this before from other hair dressers that do not know what they are doing. They don’t know grey so they don’t know how to use the demi. FYI: demi gloss is better to use until you are mostly grey because you won’t have to bother with hi and low lights, and when you’re grey grows in it is more subtle. I do not want permanent, and do not need it, according to every good hair salon in Dallas. I explained to them over the phone that my hair dresser will leave the formula in longer and often use heat because it is difficult to cover but that I do not want permanent. They make the appointment and I think that everything is settled. I leave the beach at 2:15 pm, walk up there, wait 15 minutes while Paul finishes with another client, sit in his chair and expect to get started. He then tells me that he will only put permanent dye in my hair and does not want to waste my time because he does not believe the demi will cover my grey. He already wasted my time, and then continued to do so. I left with grey hair. My boyfriend and I were both furious that he wasted so much of my last beach day and still did not dye my hair.
