McDonald’s

I am writing this review as I have just finish eating here. If I could give a score of 0 or — I would. My kids wanted ice cream so I was charged for it and waited like 5 minutes and the manager came out and did the 2 ice cream for me. I had told the cashier previously that I want 1 cone and 1 cup and the manager did 2 cone so I told him that’s not how I wanted it and he said if I wanted it on a cup it would be 50 cent more. I was pissed not because of the 50 cent but because I paid for it already and now I have to pay more. You need to train your employees right or you shouldn’t have charged me for the 50cent because it’s your error not mine. Not sure if I should come back here again. Wait is long and sometime it stinks around the restroom area.

Last time i come to this McDonald’s… Save your time and energy on coming here. I order 5 happy meals 4for boys and 1 girl. They gave all of them for girls. Ok not big deal toys can be change. But when i check my order They forgot my Chicken Nuggets had to go back. That’s not the big deal either. wait so i bite in to my Big Mac what i felt was disgusting HAIR «Human Hair.» Wtf you guys should always check your burger before leaving the drive thru. … Now is no more Fast Food for me. THINK ABOUT THIS MICKEY D’S. I’ll rather go to the one in Floral or the one in Atlantic. They have better serving.

Besides the poor and slow service, the store manager just doesn’t care for the health and safety of his customers.
I bought fries for my kids via drive thru. As they ate half way through their fries, I noticed a piece of plastic in their fries container. It was a size of a nickle — slightly smaller than a quarter.
I called the manager to complain and went back to the store.
The manager didn’t even apologize or offered a free replacement.
WTH!!! My kids could have eaten or swallowed that by accident.

Okay so I’ve given this place a couple chances. One time it was a late night food run and I was craving Chicken McNuggets. the lady legit told me they only have 4 breakfast items and like 2 sandwiches from the lunch menu. Like wth? It was 11pm. Fine whatever. Went to Jack in The Box down the street where they had everything on their menu without attitude. Recently, I just wanted 2 sundaes. 1 caramel, and 1 plain. The guy who took my order was great, no strife with him. Whoever made the sundaes displayed the lack of skill in pumping caramel syrup into a cup with a 2″(?) hole. it was all over the cap. I didn’t realize it until I got home but Thank God it didn’t drip onto my seats! Literally the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. But whatever you know? It’s McDonalds, minimum skill people. I just wanted to put this here along with my opinion of being against that stupid $ 15/​hour minimum wage BULL. Your minimum skill pay goes up. the price of everything else literally follows. Food, gas, clothes, cars, housing, etc. Anyways. This location is the worst.

I will give it four stars if you could spilt it into two different places.
Four stars for the morning restaurant and two stars for the afternoon version.
Afternoon McDonald’s is always dirty and costumers service sucks.
The people in charge have no idea how to run the place is like day and night for the two shifts.
This place was renovated years ago but they forgot to include their restrooms, they are always awful.
Hopefully they read the feedback form Unilocal but it is a long shot.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 2^nd time in a row I order a breakfast deluxe with egg whites and I get a big breakfast instead, no egg whites, no pancakes and I can’t go back each time to complain because I’ll be late for work. I did tell the lady she messed up the day before and she did it again. Horrible customer service and it’s not rocket science to work at a McDonald’s, if you can’t even get an order right the 2^nd time around, then you shouldn’t be allowed to vote or bear children!

I remember the high school nights. A carload of broke students pulling up to the drive thru to order a crap load of McChickens, drinks & fries. Those were the days. But I don’t love this place like I used to. Customer service at every McDee’s stinks most of the time. I mean it’s McDonald’s. Not a five star restaurant.

AWFULL SERVICE.
I paid for 3 ice teas light ice and five creamers in each.
I got ONLY ONE with 2 creamers and a BUNCH of ice!
DONT COME HERE.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Got take out from this location and had food poisoning. Do not visit!
I complained to the manager and was told food poisoning does not happen till 2 – 3 days after consuming the food. Ridiculous, right? That’s what happened. So I described my symptoms to the manager (severe headache (want to hit my head against the wall kind of headache, eye popping out kind of headache!), vomiting, nausea) and then without letting me finish, he said «food poisoning does not happen till 2 – 3 days after the food consumption.» I guess McDonald’s should be happy about this staff since he wanted to protect the company he is working for. But for me, as a consumer, I was more concerned about the people, customers like me who are regulars to this store. Out of good heart I called the manager again and told him about what I found online at the government’s health website, that food poisoning usually happens 2 – 6 hours after eating. Although he told me that he would report it to the management level, which he did, his attitude was more indifferent and cannot care less about me.
I just got a call from the district manager and he gave me a long speech about what kind of rules and regulations they have to make sure the food is good and they are absolutely clean. But how can he be so sure that people are following the regulations? And how can he be so sure that all equipments and hands that touched the food were clean?
McDonald’s spend so much money on ad, saying they care about the community, but when it comes to true customer feeling and health issues in real life, the system is still week. I believe before I die from food poisoning, it doesn’t matter to them.
I’m waiting to see how they are going to proceed with my complaint. My guess, not much since I’m still alive.

I always find myself at this location when I’m craving terrible for me food.
I always feel worse leaving here. Not because the food is so hazardous to my health but because more often than not, something is wrong with my order.
PSA: Do not leave this drive thru without checking your bag (s)!!! If you have to wait in the «reserved for drive thru» area, ask the server to wait until you have checked your order before they run back inside.

Chicken salad terrible, God, grape tomato are no fresh!!! i go here every single day, but it done! no more chicken salad.

I always come here but I’m done! Third time they forget to put my fries! I’m really mad not that’ fact that I didn’t get my fries that fact that I always have to drive back cuz they forget something!
That’s a waste of time and gas!!! They need to put more attention to what they are doing! So I would advice everyone to triple check your order or go elsewhere JACK has better service!!! I wouldn’t even give them a star!!!

This place is pretty good i come here once in while especially cause i go to the middle school close by but one thing i didn’t like is once i spilled my drink all over the floor and one of the workers nearby had a really angry face but it still has pretty good service

Ordered a SWEET tea which was suppose to have a little sweetness to it. Took a sip it was bitter asf. Horrible! But she did remake it but still it wasn’t the same… Ruined my life

Mini Bundt cakes $ 1.99 for 2 minis in a box. Double chocolate is a must have! Cinnamon coffee is also good.
Always loved their Sausage Egg McMuffin Meal (with hot coffee). Salads are decent. Would order filet-​o-​fish meal with sweet tea sometimes. Kids Meal is good to have too. Chicken nuggets, apple slices & sweet tea is the way to go~
Oatmeal raisin cookies are good (3 for $ 1.29 or something like that). Apple pie was warm & flaky… not bad. It does taste different than before. Maybe it’s because of the flaky exterior?
Service via drive thru has always been good.

Lousy service, dirty restroom, this place is NOT the Mc Donalds, it used to be. Warm Dasani water, no tea, waited 10 minutes for a lemonade.

My kids just found a big poop in the play area structure!!! Disgusting. We warn the workers but nobody is coming!!!

Please note that when I opened the bag this is the «medium» fries I’ve got. This is not the first time that this has happened. Tired of getting jipped of my french fries.

10:15pm drive thru. Cant believe they would serve cold, oily, overly fried, and disgusting french fries. It looks bad! Whoever in charge of fries should get their eyes checked. I tried a few pieces, didnt want to waste the 2 large fries I paid for, but they were inedible :(Now I think the food made us feel sick. Gross. Check your fries before leaving! I’m very disappointed but somehow I still come back. Shame on me lol

OurAfter shopping from Walmart my wife and I stop by Mikey D’s or McDonald’s a short saying for McDonald’s. .We were hungry we to get combos my got the Quarter Pound with cheese and myself getting the 10 pieces chicken McNuggets.
My wife and I have been come to McDonald’s most of our life, we see so many things come and go. McDonald’s so change the imagine trying bring more people in and also trying become health wise reduced obese in kids and adults.
My chicken McNuggets was ok it not the same it use to be more than 20 years ago, they taste more better now it tasted like rubber chicken but the bbq sauce was too acidity wow I don’t if they change the bbq or what.
My wife quarter pounder was small it use be big it’s a size of a small cheese burger my wife was happy getting her Mike’s fix. Overall McDonald’s will be the same at Micky ‘D or McDonald’s depend what you prefer
