Payless Shoesource

I feel so odd reviewing a Payless, but regardless, I received EXCELLENT service. I believe it was a girl named Jackie, she was so helpful, it really kind of blew my mind! Very unexpected, but in a great way.

u guys suck. all your girls talk a lot. get to work!!! lazy bums

Worst Payless shoe i have EVER been to. Right when I walked into the store, I see 2 employees (girls) chit chatting. One looks over as I walk in then goes right back to talking. Must have been important — so i let it slide. There were about 3 other customers in the store as well and none of us were asked if we needed any assistance. The employees got closer to where I was trying my shoes and I heard them just complaining about someone else. I walked to the register, the girl didn’t say ANYTHING to me, rang me up, and I paid. The only time she ever spoke to me was to tell me my total. Obvious to say, I would never come back to this store.
**Go to the Payless on Valley & Almansor. The employees there are ALWAYS friendly and ready to help.

Da employees here r always nice n patient n very helpful but 2day they wur no where 2 b found! Lol must of had a lot of stock 2 put away in da back or something.
