Brownie’s Digital Imaging

I work for an AE firm and use Brownies daily. The level of customer service and attention to detail are second to none. When there is a miscommunication (Usually not their fault) Brownies always fixes what needs fixing free of charge. They are truly customer oriented. They have an FTP site for easy transfer of files that need to be printed. They also have «PlanWell» which can be used as a full service file storage and management tool. They also offer comprehensive bid services.
With other businesses I find that I need to always micro-​manage and spell things out otherwise things get mixed up. This is not the case with Brownies. They completely understand what needs to be done whenever I send something to them. All of their people have been there for years and have a huge amount of combined experience.
Thanks Brownies for your good old fashioned customer service and pride in your work!

Does Brownie’s get the job done? Yes.
Does Brownie’s have a pool table in their waiting area? Yes, they don’t do anything quickly if you want to wait, so at least they provide some sort of entertainment when they keep you waiting. Dentist’s offices should learn from them.
Does Brownie’s have convenient freeway access? Yes, right off I-​80 and Douglas Blvd.
Well, that’s 3 stars for all they have to offer as far as I’m concerned… based on the fact that I am not one of their «big» customers, I’m just an individual that needed large format copies made from time to time. They may provide better service to their big accounts, who knows…
When I discovered Staples did the same thing for a lot less, I never went back to Brownie’s!
