Carmela Herrada Hair Designs at Studio 55 Salon

i went to carmela this past saturday. another amazing cut and color. she is so freaking talented and sweet. best colorist i have ever gone to.
i think her talent is natural, because she gets it right at the very first try… love her…

I had heard good things about Carmela but wasn’t able to get in to see her because i usually wait until my hair is too long for my liking and her appts were full. Well one day she had a spot which worked since I have short hair and it doesn’t take too long to cut. I am so glad I found her! She is very professional and has a nice personality. I can see why people have been going to see her for so long! Her new location at Studio 55 (by Ginger’s) on E Roseville Parkway is great and her individual room is lovely.

I have been a client of Carmela’s for about 9 years now and she is the best! She always makes my color look so fresh and exactly how I want it. I trust her to do anything with my hair because I know it will always turn out great. Her prices are so reasonable too! I’ve referred many friends to Carmela. I always get so many compliments on my color! Out of the 9 years of going to her I have always been happy with the way my hair looks after seeing Carmela. Amazing! I gave been searching for a stylist for the last 3 years and found Carmela on Unilocal.She was able to fix my hair and I am back on track to amazing hair thx to her. She takes her time and is a sweetheart. I look forward to my next appointment :)

I have a been a client of Carmela’s for several years now. So it’s should be no surprise that I appreciate the attention to detail that she takes when cutting my hair and making sure I’m happy with the end result. The BIG surprise is that she has moved from her previous location to Salon 55, her new space is bright, peacful and beautifully decorated. It has a much more intimate atmosphere with really nice upscale amenities, including a comforatable space to wait if your arrvie ealry as I did. I jumped on the wifi and answered e-​mails, had a hot tea and watched a little TV in the background while I waited.
For those of you that are current fans of Carmela and used to go to her previous location, you will absolutely love her new space. She offered me a glass of wine or a cold beer and I would have loved to take her up on the offer, but I was going to the gym and declined, still it was a nice touch! For those of you who may not be familar with Carmela, she is a extraordinary hair stylist and wonderful to work with. She has always done an amazing job at making me feel right at home as soon as I sit down in her chair, she has now taken her approach and attention to customer service to the next level!
I would highly recommend Carmela to anyone looking for a perfect hair cut everytime and great conversation during the process. I always feel like I get my monies worth and I’m happy to see her move to this wonderful new space. The only suggestion I can offer is to design a website to highlight the services she offers, I think she is currentlty working on that.
