We were very impressed with Patrick and the team. Before we actually put our house on the market, Patrick helped us explore different areas. Once we settled on our neighborhood, he was on the ball and happily ready to take us on our timetable to any of the listings
that came available. It took us some time to finally decide to sell our home of almost 20 years and we never felt pressure to do it before we were ready. We decided to go ahead and put our house on the market while we were on a 10 day working vacation. The house we eventually bought also came on the market while we were gone, so Patrick quickly took our daughter-​in-​law to view it. We accepted an offer on our house right after the open house so we put an offer on the new house without physically checking it out. All of this was totally out of my husbands comfort zone and a great testament to the faith we had in Patrick and the team. They had laid out the process to us from picture taking for the internet listings, publicity to get interest in our home, the open house itself and the offer negotiations. Everything was done in the timeframe he promised and all paperwork to sell our house and purchase the new one was done electronically while we were out of town. Patrick stayed in constant contact and was available any time we had questions. If you want someone who will enthusiastically, efficiently and successfully take you through the home buying/​selling process, Patrick is your man!

Patrick was awesome. We were first time home buyers looking for a house to start our new family and we met with him on Tuesday and by Thursday he had 10+ homes to show us. On the second round of house hunting we found our dream home and he made the buying process as easy as possible. He truly cares about his clients and even sent flowers when our baby was born 4 months after the purchase, who does that! Would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a personable and professional realtor.

Buying a home has been a dream and goal of mine for many years, and thanks to Patrick, my boyfriend and I made this dream a reality back in August. We have know Patrick for years, so when choosing a realtor, we knew we would be in good hands with him.
He made the process so extremely simple. Being that this was our first home, we were undeniably anxious about putting such a large amount of our savings into one place. Patrick must have taken us to see over 20 houses before we found our home. He never seemed irritated or annoyed by how much time we required, and for every criticism we had, he noted, and would attempt to find something new that fit the picture of our «dream house».
Our search started in March of this year, and finally, back in August, we found it. Patrick took us to see a home that had just come onto the market, and from the second we walked in we knew it was the one. We made an offer that evening, and then waiting anxiously 3 days before finding out that the offer was accepted by the sellers. During those 3 days, Patrick heard from us around the clock. We asked every question we could think of about the process, when we would hear back, what the chances were of us getting the house, had he heard yet… how about now?
What is amazing, he answered. Every call. Every time. Once we found out the offer was accepted (thanks to some hard work on Patrick’s end), and the champagne buzz wore off, that was where Patrick truly shined. Being «in contract» we learned is cause for huge headache. There was so much information that was completely foreign to us. We thought we had a lot of questions in the hunt for the home. The poor guy… scratch that, his poor wife… But, he continued to answer every question, and calm all of our nerves throughout the process.
We absolutely love our home, and I could not imagine being anywhere else. I think back to some of the homes that we looked at, and almost moved forward with and I am so happy that our Realtor encouraged us to wait for that moment where we both knew it was right. Patrick could have easily pushed us into a decision and ended the process months earlier, but instead he took his time with us to make sure that we found our true dream home.
