Round Table Pizza

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been let down by the round table in Lincoln so I decided to come to this location, and let me tell you I was not expecting much. HOWEVER the girl at the front counter provided me with such top notch service this will be the only location I go to from now on! I actually ran back in to get her name; Linda, thank you

Would have 5 stars if cost wasn’t so high.
Great customer service, prompt. Always brings plates, sauces and spice packets. Good crust, good sauce and fresh toppings. Very consistent pizza. Like their wings. Love their salad. Wombo combo and king arthurs are great.

Another awful service. Placed an order online at 4:50pm and was advised it will be ready at 5:37pm. I called twice to confirm the order (Accuracy and time frame). Spoke to lady the 1^st (did not get her name), than I called 2^nd time and spoke to Justin. Both confirmed the orders. However when my nephew went to picked up the order at 5:40pm. 1.) Order was ready as promised. 2.) Round Table had to rebaked 2 of the 4 pizzas. Instead of pepperoni pizzas, they baked 2 cheese pizzas. So my nephew had to wait another 20 mins. The order was not ready until 6pm.
This is the 2^nd horrible experience I had with ordering online, one at another location and this one at Pleasant Grove. You need to retrain your employees!!!
I love RT pizzas but man their online service sucks!!!

This location has the BEST customer service! They helped me find coupons and gave me lots of extras! I dealt with 3 different employees and they all were very helpful. Great staff there, keep it up!!!

Although this is my neighborhood Round Table Pizza, I’m done giving them my business! Last few visits I’ve arrived within the allocated time they tell me on the phone and each time my pizza isn’t in the oven. Today my son told me to add ten minutes to the time they told me, which I did and they still didn’t have the pie in the oven. This place has serious management problems. If you like RTP, frequent the one on Foothills instead.

Great service and the salad bar is fresh and with good variety! I find the employees to be very pleasant!

I would give it zero if I could. We’ve tried lunch here a few times for the buffet and each time it was a losing bet. Each time they gladly took our money and then let 40 minutes elapse before putting out pizza. The last time we were there, paid and then asked how long until pizza would come out for the buffet (as there was none, yup ZERO, NADA) they said about 20 minutes !!! We are on lunch break and don’t have time to sit and wait, hence going to a supposedly ready made buffet. What a joke. Never going back. I would strongly suggest finding another RTP or other pizza place.

No quarters! That’s our policy! Um. Can I get mushrooms on a quarter of my pizza? No! Our manager said no quarter orders. Can I get them on half of the pizza? Yes! But not on a quarter? That’s right! Thanks for not doing me a little favor Jake! I bet the boss will commend your Great service! I called Woodcreek Round Table, they said, «of course, no problem!’

Their pizza is usually good but last time i ordered something was off and it wasnt its normal style and today after my wife waited 10mins to order they call me back and said they are out of pan crust… without offering any apologizes or even giving a discount to get orginal crust just got hung up on. Time to order from placer pizza!!! similar pizza but 3 miles away. Really need get his S together many other pizza places around!

Pretty typical Round Table. I like their pizza and this place has a salad bar that was fresh and stocked. Pizza came out pretty fast and the people working there were nice.

This place has gone down the tubes! Tables left uncleaned and staff making excuses «someone messed up the dough» «the oven is acting up» for improperly cooked pizza or extremely long waits. Tonight, we gave it another shot. Walked in and were totally ignored. Listened to a man being told «sorry, out of sausage». A very unprofessional lady asked us if we were waiting to order. We said yes. She gave a half assed sorry and continued walking. So did we… straight to California Pizza Kitchen for a killer meal at a fraction of the price! There is clearly a serious lack in any kind of management here. Will never come back!!!

Hey guys! Love this location. Always very friendly, service is quick and the food is delicious. However, every time I come in (probably about once a week on my lunch break) and the tables are ALWAYS SO STICKY!!! It makes it really unpleasant to sit and eat inside. Please figure out some way to fully clean your tables so they aren’t so sticky. Clean tables will = 5 stars

Arrive at 1 for the lunch buffet. The buffet hours are listed as 11:30 — 1:30. Pizza selection horrible! You would think there would at least be pepperoni and/​or cheese out — nope! There were 3 supremes out and diners were not happy. While sitting, they proceeded to bring out a Hawaiian pizza and Boone got up. They then brpugr out a pepperoni and it was gone within 30 seconds due to the mad dash by diners! Next, another supreme. Diners are not happy and they are just sitting and watching ad hoping for a «good pizza» to be brought out. Another pepperoni pizza — gone in 30 seconds. The taste was good, but the «service» and selection were poor.

I was greeted immediately. I usually always print out coupons but I was on my way home and decided to just stop by and grab a pizza. The person who took my order was knowledgable about the promotions and specials. The staff was very friendly and this location had amazing customer service!

I enjoy the lunch buffet here! I honestly think that it’s really the only thing I have ever gotten in this location.
I do have to take a few stars out since I feel that the variety of the buffet is highly lacking and they tend to pump out the «cheaper» pizzas more often than the other ones. Maybe they are trying to save money by making us all fill up on the basic cheap pizzas over the other stuff.
Employees are generally nice and as usual for a RTP, the customers are major douche bags.
Seriously, one guy rambled to an employee of how the cups should be colored differently and felt the need to give that poor employee such constructive criticism. Of course, there’s always that woman that sends her pizza back for some dumb reason.

I love Roundtable and this is a great location!
I have been eating Roundtable Pizza for as long as I can remember and this location is how I remember the pizza tasting from when I ate Roundtable pizza back in my childhood!
We ordered a large King Arthurs Supreme with no olives and a medium half pepperoni and half olive and mushroom pizza. The pizzas came out quickly and were perfect! The toppings were plentiful and the pizza tasted fresh and was very moist and had a good amount of sauce.
The employees we came in contact with were nice and friendly and we had no problems with. The location was very clean and welcoming with a lot of tables/​booths and a party room.
With drinks for four everything came to about $ 45 which sure, is expensive for pizza, but I think just right for the quality of all the ingredients. I would rather pay $ 45 to feed 5 people pizza that they will enjoy than pay $ 30 for cheap pizza elsewhere.

Would love to give it fewer stars but Unilocal won’t let me. I have been a fan of Roundtable for years and order it once a month. We called this past Sunday night at 5 PM hoping to beat the rush.
The girl who answered asked for our number and address three times. She then put another giggling little teenager on the phone who asked the same questions. It was a completely irritating experience.
Where is the owner? And why would they allow teenage dipshits to ruin his investment like this?
When your business dies, you can only blame yourself. We will NEVER order from this one again…

Tuesday nights dinner buffet is what we come here for recently – mind you though their take out pizza is one of the best we believe. But on Tuesday nights we enjoy their salad bar and the unlimited pizza that is freshly made and kept stocked with 4 to 5 choices.
The staff is very accomodating as well.

Not a ton to say its a round table pizza close to my house… they sell round table pizza. They sell pizza and they have beer. It is a 5 minute drive from my house and in a pinch serves as a good family dinner. I am not going to be a pizza snob on this one as I am a California native and was raised on round table pizza. You know what you are getting when you come here… so don’t set your expectations to high and give round table a 2 star on anything less that these.

This Round Table pizza is right down the street from my house, so the location is definitely a plus, but I think i would go out of my way to travel here because of the staff. This Round Table is a friend to the community (maybe they all are, but this one I know from experience) and they often host fundraising nights and also coordinate field trips here with the local school.
We have been going to this RT for forever, so I’ve gotten to know the manager and some of the other staff pretty well. I have a favorite pizza that isn’t on the menu and one of the gals just sees me walk in the door and she quickly makes one and puts it up on the buffet so it’s just about ready by the time we’ve settled in at our table; I think that’s pretty dang good service!
I also really like their salad bar and they are always fully stocked in breadsticks, pizza and yummy cinnamon sticks on their buffet.
I always have a wonderful experience when I dine-​in. I have had a few issues with phone orders (incorrect toppings or adding onions when I’d asked to have them omitted), but they are always quick to make the situation right.
