One of my Top 3. Food, drink galore. Oh and desert! To go! Can’t miss at Cheescake Factory!

Curbside To Go is horrible! Placed an order and was told 30 – 35 minutes. At 40 minutes I called to say I was parked in Curbside Pickup. 60 minutes I called to say I was still waiting. At 65 minutes they came out for payment. At 70 minutes they brought my order. Places can get busy and run behind, but the person on the phone should have better than an I don’t care attitude and since it was the same person you’d think she’d remember from the previous calls and express a sense of urgency.

Good service and good, but pricey food. Expected though. My water glass was never empty! Our waitress was on her game I have to say. Spent about $ 55 for two of us. Bread is served with your meal too. I didn’t know that. First timer. We had the buffalo blasts for an appetizer. I didn’t count how many came on the plate but I want to say 10? $ 11.50. Soda was 3 bucks. Bacon bacon burger $ 13.95. Spicy chicken sandwich $ 12.95. A slice of cheesecake was $ 7.95(Range from $ 6-$ 8) I had the salted caramel cheesecake. Pretty awesome:) Nice experience. Thank you, Antoinette! I’ll be back one day when I have an extra $ 55 to spend and leave a better tip.

Decided to try The Cheesecake Factory for the first time, while visiting Roseville from Hawaii. Was extremely happy with the service we received from Rachel, who was not only very accommodating, but also, very personable and patient. Left a very lasting first impression. Let’s hope when I try The Cheesecake Factory in Honolulu, I hope there is a «Rachel» like employee there too!

Last time I’ll ever spend the amount of money I did at this dump. $ 30 for the WORST steak I’ve ever had. The entire experience was terrible, not only on my last visit, but every time I have chosen to eat here. It just reminds me of a cafeteria that is pretending to serve high end food. Place is a joke and extremely over priced. My recommendation is to go elsewhere.

Cheesecake factory doesn’t take reservations for dinner after 5pm. Nor do they take reservations for the weekend. Too bad most people are still working or getting off work at 5pm. I had a party of 10 coming in for a birthday, but without the guarantee of a table. I guess we will have to keep our $ 700+ meal and go somewhere else. You’re not a fine dining restaurant and barely a step above an Olive Garden. If it were not for my teenage niece wanting to eat there for her birthday, I wouldn’t bother with you. Only reason why you get more than one star is the really sweet and professional hostess who answered the phone.

My first time visiting this location and after I ate my meal and left the establishment I felt kind of bamboozled! My total check was 95 something dollars… for two people which is usually the norm for a hungry alcohol consumer like myself. The reason I felt that way was for three reasons: 1. The chicken patty to my spicy chicken sandwich was small and very chewy at the ends 2. Our waiter hardly came by even tho she had to know we were gunna be spending a bit of a chunk of change for a 2 people party 3. Our mixed alcohol drinks(Hennessy and Coke and mojito), numerous of them tasted very watered down and like the alcohol was non existent! This trip was a waste of $ 95! As a X fan of Cheesecake Factor im here to say shame on you Cheesecake Factory!

They’re known for their cheesecake and they do deliver on their desserts. The coffee is also pretty good. Avoid their onion rings. In general they just aren’t up to par.

What can I say about the Cheesecake Factory — who doesn’t like this place? Huge menu and a variety of cheesecake :) YAY. I would give the place 5 stars if it wasn’t so freaking expensive! My go to dish — and no judgement — is the Mexican Tortilla Salad — but with the wasabi vinaigrette on the side. I know — what a weird mix of flavors but i love the ingredients in the Mexican Tortilla and the flavors in the wasabi vinaigrette. They got rid of the wasabi vinaigrette for a while but I’m glad i asked for it because it’s back! i don’t think they sell it up front for take home — but honestly — even if they did who can finish a huge jar in 5 – 7 days unless they are having a party right? This salad runs like $ 13.99 or $ 14.99 — a bit pricey for let’s be honest — a salad. I do love how they have the variety of bread and butter for the table — that’s a highlight since there’s usually 2 – 3 kinds of bread :) yum. As for cheesecake — we are slowly going through all the flavors but my most recent endeavor which I love is the Dulce de Leche Cheesecake — not to sweet and SOYUMMY :) Again — all forms of payment — including Discover card is accepted!

Food: I love their ribeye steak here. They are the only ones I’ve found that serve it on a place with some kind of juice that helps the meat stay juicy. Although, the steak does not stay warm throughout the whole time you’re eating it, or maybe I’m just a slow eater, but there are some places that cook the steak with the plate so well that every bite of the steak is warm. I do like their pastas, but they got rid of the sun-dried tomatoes pasta, which was THE best pasta they had on their menu. I’ve tried a few of their pastas, and they’re good but nothing out of the ordinary. Their french fries are crunchy and golden. They always serve two huge onion rings with the steaks, and it’s OK. They side vegetables are plain. I ordered the string beans and broccoli once and they could have been cooked a little longer. Their PASSIONFRUITMOJITO is delicious! It has the right amount of everything in there. My boyfriend likes this location’s food more than the Elk Grove location. Service: Sometimes we get a waiter that is great, sometimes we get a waiter that just isn’t that happy. I don’t come to this location much but the waiters seem not as cheerful as the ones in Elk Grove. Price: The price is kind of expensive but then you do get a large amount. They try to make the place a more casual upscale restaurant, but I think some of their prices is outrageous. BTW, parking is very crowded.

Great service and great atmosphere. I always get the classic burger at every cheesecake factory I go to so maybe next time I go I will definitely try something different next time. Brookes is a great waiter and was very friendly and funny. I will definitely be back so if you go out to this location but i recommend getting him as your waiter.

This is the second time I’ve been to this location. The first time wasn’t that bad, but this time was terrible. It was pretty slow, as we went here around 2:00pm for lunch. It seemed as though there was only one waitress working, which was weird. It took forever to get menus, get beverages, food, check on us, wait for bill, etc. I ordered«Renee’s Special», which is a sandwich, soup & salad. The bread was extremely hard. If you have false or loose teeth, I wouldn’t recommend it. It took a lot of effort to bite into it. They also don’t put cheese on a turkey sandwich, which was weird. The turkey was also dry. The salad was soggy, but the dressing(Chinese Plum) was pretty good. I will say, the stuffed mushroom appetizers are great. But I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. I think it’s overrated & the service is bad.

We really like to come here for a nice dinner. We like the service and their food is really good. Our all time favorite is shrimp scampi! Always satisfies. Also their Godiva chocolate cheesecake is the bomb.

I would give the food at this location a 4 but the service is always a little poor. I have never liked different people coming to the table i.e. Servers, waiters, busers, etc. it is confusing who the tip is going to. My biggest complaint is that after the food is delivered no one comes around to check in. So if I need more to drink or condiments, I have no one to ask. By the time I get someone’s attention, the food is cold. I know these locations can get busy but i have gone during the slower lunch times and have the same problem. Their food is good. Maybe I will just consider take out in the future.

I’ve been coming to this Location for about 4 years now… Really like the area because it is conveniently located at Westfield Galleria and there is so much to do in the area! Many nice places to check out, shop, visit, eat, etc. They do not do Free slices of cheesecake for your Birthday, but will sing for you and give a complimentary scoop of ice cream with candle. Right now they have the Pumpkin Pecan cheesecake available through November, and then usually December is the Peppermint Bark cheesecake. They have such a large variety of cheesecakes to choose from and many of them are very delicious! I came in for Lunch, and usually I prefer lunch service than dinner service. It’s always busy, crowded no matter what day or time you come here … and on their Menu you can order anything at anytime! I love the Ahi Tartare appetizer, it’s very tasty, pretty presentation, and nice flavors of the soy sauce with Avocado, ginger, Ahi tuna. I tend to always order the same thing to eat, either the Steak Diane or Chicken Madeira. Those are definitely my top 3 favorite choices. Haven’t tried many other items on their menu yet, but I did have Brunch at Sacramento Arden, which they do have an awesome Sunday Brunch menu. As for cheesecakes, I usually try to order a different one each time I go there and haven’t been disappointed yet. I tried the Pumpkin one last year, so I know that is great! Salted Caramel was OK. So far my most favorites are the Tuxedo and Red Velvet, but want to try so many more!!! Yesterday was actually the first time I ever ordered Cheesecake a la mode. I guess I was expecting only one scoop of ice cream, but it came with two scoops of Vanilla ice cream. Definitely could not finish it :(I really enjoyed the Red Velvet cheesecake with the ice cream, it was perfectly delicious together. You can also purchase whole cheesecakes, they are kind of expensive. I am thinking about ordering a whole one for Christmas this year, if my family can make a decision on what flavor to pick! They have so many cheesecake flavors, it’s a long list… Lunch was great as always. I highly recommend the Steak Diane, though on menu I thought it said $ 17.95, and my receipt was $ 19.95, so prices may have increased recently. Hostess was Welcoming and I have a preference where I like to sit, which she gladly accommodated me. My server was friendly, attentive, polite. She did a great job and was helpful to kindly box up the leftovers. The inside of the restaurant, design and colors are quite beautiful. Hopefully will be back around December and Christmas shopping, definitely want a slice of Peppermint bark cheesecake too!

I don’t usually eat here. It’s always too crowded. Wide variety of food selection so the food is above sub par. But, my first time trying the one in Roseville and I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, there was a ridiculous line… but we got lucky and found two spots at the bar. Our bartender won our hearts with his amazing… AMAZING…A-MAZE-ING!!! Lemon drop martinis! I like to consider myself a professional when it comes to lemon drops… yeah, his was damn good. We had like four of them! Lol. After drinks, decided we should eat… I ordered the tempora fish tacos. I don’t think the alcohol was talking. Those tacos were pretty good too! But our experience was super pleasant with our incredibly personable, funny, and friendly bartender. As a resident of Roseville, I have officially added the Cheesecake Factory to my official roster of go to spots to eat… I will just be sure to valet and look for the bar. :)

Food good but service is not and where the low stars come from. I have only been to this location once about 5 years ago. Its just a not a place I think about going. I had been with friends but my husband had not so we agreed to go. It is a little smaller than the one on Arden. We walk in for late lunch around 230 on Wednesday. Little did know it was cheesecake day and all slices were half off as I saw on the flyer at the counter. Not ONE employee ever told me about it. We had walked in with another group and the hostess was a little confused who to help so I politely tell her that they were first so she takes them to her seat and we view the dessert case trying to make our cheesecake selection in the meantime. I turn around and she is helping/seating the new people who just walked in. Hello??? Our server came and got our initial drink and food order in a good amount of time but went down hill from there. I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken as I remembered really liking it. Husband got avocado rolls which for a meal left me unsatisfied but was actually tasty. My dish was not as good as a I remembered. Noodles were a little too al dente and not as flavorful? Waitress was inattentive. Checked on us once about 3 minutes after our food delivered and I had not taken a bite yet. Then nothing. Our drinks were bone dry and we were about to get up and get refills ourselves at the drink station that was so teasingly close to our table when she finally came. I told her we both made sure to leave room for dessert! so she asked if we’d like a dessert menu. Yes please! Their desserts are very expensive. EVERYTHING is $ 7 minimum. They wanted $ 6.95 for a bowl of fresh strawberries. Are you kidding me??? and $ 7.95 for a hot fudge sundae. A cheese cake slice is $ 7 – 8 in which I can accept but still so pricey if you figure on a table of 6 would add another $ 42 to the bill. Thank goodness for being half off day. We decided what we wanted and waited. And waited. And waited 10+ minutes before she came by to take our dessert order. The wait was so long that it didn’t sound good anymore and the wait was not worth it as we had things to do. As for the survey for your $ 10 egift card. Be wary. It asks for your name/address/phone/email and not a whole lot about your visit. Two questions exactly. Seems like a phishing expedition on their part even though there is a whole one page disclaimer but I think that is why they do it. I have never seen such a long in depth disclaimer in my life for a survey! Overall I was very disappointed in this visit. Service was terrible. Food was not outstanding. I couldn’t even try their infamous cheesecake. Looks like another 5 years before I return to this location. There are just too many good places to eat in Roseville now to want to come back. Plus I am not a huge cheesecake fan. I like it but don’t love it.

Went again last night for my birthday dinner with a group. One small complaint — the service for bar drinks was incredibly slow. No reason why — as it was a Wednesday night and the place wasn’t packed. This being said — I only ordered one — the Tropical Martini and it was very good! Would have ordered more — but didn’t want to wait. I ordered the Combo — Steak Diane with Herb Crusted Salmon. It was just what I wanted and it was really delish. Underneath the salmon was some very fresh and perfectly cooked asparagus with a lemony sauce — it paired perfectly with the salmon. I was really happy with the mushrooms that came with the steak and the sauce was very yummy! For dessert I ordered their Lemon Meringue cheesecake — it’s new and it was really good. Had great lemony(tart) flavor to accent the creamy sweetness of the cheesecake. Best thing about it? It wasn’t on a graham cracker crust — can’t stand those! Once again — Cheesecake Factory you exceeded my expectations and provided a really nice birthday party for myself and guests!

While the Cheesecake Factory has a bible sized menu with a plethora of options, both healthy and unhealthy, the taste is never quite worth the price. The service is usually mediocre, at best. It seems as though they assign too many tables to their wait staff. The delays for getting drinks, refills on drinks, bread dropped off, and paying the bill leaves us looking around like«where on earth could the waiter be?» I do enjoy that they have a full bar and the cocktails are always good. My favorite is their Mai Tai.

Been here many times for special occasions, work dinners and most recently for happy hour. They have a huge menu, overwhelming amount of food and everything is pretty good. The happy hour is a great deal, lots of options, good portions, our server Lauren G. Was very friendly and was quick about making sure we had everything we needed. Can get really busy so I suggest getting here early. Other then that, solid happy hour in roseville.
