This was not the oasis that Tim Horton’s typically is. I arrived early for an appointment in the area so thought I’d grab a quick breakfast. They were out of eggs. They were out of hash browns. So my quick wrap took a bit longer than anticipated. The gal making the wrap was nice and I explained that I I would be ok with bacon instead of hash browns once the eggs were finally cooked. She was the one star. Other than that all I heard were beepers and buzzers going off. I tried to make a call and the person I was speaking with asked if I was at a construction site or casino. One employee was also singing, badly. Then POOF the wifi network just disappeared so I ultimately had to leave getting no work accomplished. I’m writing this from the peaceful McDonald’s down the street. What a waste of time.

Can you give –0star? This place should get it. Eat cardboard before you pay for these donuts. I feel sorry for the friendly staff having to sell such tasteless so called donuts. Stupid me, before I tasted the doughnut I ordered a sausage sandwich … You never want to see together: microwaved meat… Ewwwwe and it was… eeeww. Go to a 7 – 11 before you even think about a Tim Hortons

I stopped going to this location months back because it takes a very long time to get a cup of coffee(5 min, 10min before I ended up leaving). I currently started to visit this location again and it seemed to get worse. Wait time is still 5min + no matter what time you go there. Now they usually do not have the muffins I like. I will continue to go to a different place even though I live very close by to this location.

Dear Tim Hortons, I really wanted to like you. I feel very left out when everybody would brag about how much they love Tim Hortons and I’ve always been a Dunkin’ Donuts coffee kind of girl. I’ve tried THortons on multiple occasions and I’ve never been impressed. One of my students recently got me a gift card so I decided to give them a try yet again. Every experience I’ve had here has been negative. And it’s not just this location it’s the other location 2 miles away. They either don’t get my order correctly or the coffee I order taste like complete garbage. If you take a look at the picture I posted this morning you’ll see the ice coffee that I ordered came out looking like milk. After waiting in line at the drive-through for 12 minutes I was not about to go back and complain. Last week I ordered a bagel with cream cheese in the morning and when I got to work and open the bag I had a sausage breakfast sandwich. I really don’t understand all the hype about Tim Hortons. At first I just thought it was me, having grown up on the East Coast where we didn’t have Tim Hortons. But now I’ve decided that Tim Hortons really sucks.

Stopped there for breakfast this morning, and surprise surprise another bad experience. Someone took our order, never asked us to pay and went on to make our sandwiches. So the next cashier went to use the register and was rude and said we needed to pay. Well obviously we were going to, just were not given the opportunity to the first time. Got our breakfast, they forgot our hashbrowns and we had to remind them about our coffee. This may be a convenient location however it is one I will be checking off my list. They need to work on their customer service skills.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a coffee and a glazed donut. Pretty simple order but the kid had a hard time understanding what I wanted. I order my coffee the same way everywhere-2 creams/2 Splenda’s. Somehow he missed what I said because I got a black coffee instead. When I went up to the window to pay he said we’re out of blueberry donuts. I told him that I wanted a glazed one not blueberry. I don’t know if he was new but there are too many other coffee places that won’t mess up my order.

This is my stop on the way to work in the morning. Usually the same staff and they are all polite and FAST! The other reviewer must have gone when it was very new. I actually go out of my way and avoid Fraser and Warren stores to hit this one. Well run, clean and the coffee/tea and baked goods always seem fresh.

Although new to the Groesbeck Strip, and right next door to a well established Dunkin Donuts, VERY slow Drive thru
