Madrag

I rate the customer service a BIG zero. I went into Madrag’s with my 15 year old who loves this store and she grabbed a lot of stuff totaling $ 70.00 which is a lot for this store cause the prices are very low. That night my daughter tried one of the outfits on and didn’t like the sneakers with the outfit and wanted to return them, now when purchasing the sneakers they had no price tag and the cashier had to get another pair to ring them in. Note «I don’t look at the prices in this store cause the prices are very low» so the NEXT day we go into Madrag’s to return them and just THEN I was informed they are FINAL SALE/​CLEARANCE ITEM, which I was not made aware of. She got the sneakers off the display wall as soon as you walk in and there wasn’t any sign stating clearance any where near them, they looked like a new item. Mind you they had no price on them, nor was I informed when I bought them that they are a FINAL SALE. I couldn’t exchange them nor get a store credit. I felt non informed and embarrassed when trying to make just an exchange for my daughter. Needless to say I have a pair of sneakers that she will never wear sitting in a bag in her closet. Talk about throwing money out the window!!! I think if an item is on clearance you should be made aware of this at the time of purchase! BUY BEWARE and ask questions on every item sold in this store cause they won’t tell you!!!
