The service I got here this morning reminded me of exactly why I change my own oil. The technician tried to sell me the most expensive service because my car has 100 k miles. Thanks but no thanks buddy. Then he tries to tell me my oil pan is leaking. I asked him to check again since I bought the car 3 weeks ago from a dealer and suddenly it’s just fine. He mistook a little water on the bottom of the pan for oil and thought it was leaking. Seriously?! I’m a woman not an idiot. I do most of the regular maintenance on my cars, and I know when you are lying to me to make a sale. You hope I come back? Not until you learn to treat customers like something other than uninformed morons.
