I wished i wouldve seen thoese other 2 review b4 walking in that buesiness… at first the guy was super nice giving ideas and everything paid upfront and its been six months and still my dads monument is not up stories after stories to the point i dont want their work and want a refund

STAY AWAY!!!
They are courteous, nice, professional, and attentive, UNTIL they get your money. Then they are rude and down right nasty. They called every other day while the arrangements were being made, pretending to be attentive. Well, after they got their money, they conveniently lost my contact info to inform me of something they needed. They waited well over a month to inform me (they had my phone number, email, mailing address, and a 2^nd cell #), then got the worst attitude when I wanted clarification on what was specifically needed and why it took so long for me to be informed. Come to find out, they had everything they needed in their possession the entire time.
Throughout this difficult time, please, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
And to the unprofessional people that work there, apologizing goes a long way… especially when the mistake was clearly yours
