Great shop! 2 floors, located in a nice area. They have an amazing Gibson custom shop selection as well as a great Taylor selection as well. All quality instruments here. Id say about 70% of their stock is out on the floor and the rest is in the back. If you don’t see what you were looking for just ask and they can grab it for you. Super hospitable as far as helping you locate what you want, setting it up and making sure you are comfortable. Knowledgable and super friendly staff can answer the most detailed questions about gear and know their inventory well. A far cry from major chains. Inventory is mostly high end premium equipment, wouldn’t come here for a cheapo deal. This is a very«intimate» guitar shop. In a sense that it has that one on one attention minus the annoying haggling or bs. Nobody pressures you. Its peaceful and quiet. A grown up music store if you will and a great experience for any player.

Lots of shiny new guitars, very upscale guitar store, lots of hipster kids working there. I can’t recommend it. As a guitar guy, I felt uncomfortable in the store. I was the only one there with 5 twenty-something kids looking at me and fiddling on computers. My friends all told me it is a super high end store. It is exactly that. However if I want a Bentley or Rolex, I’ll go to a Rolex store. I absolutely don’t need that in a guitar store. This store has a ton of new Gibsons, Fenders and special custom stuff that appeals to a very small group of musicians with a plethora of cheap stuff when you walk in the front door. As far as I could tell, there were no vintage instruments there. And you are paying top dollar for stuff that really can be had elsewhere for the cache of buying in a cool store. If you want high end and you are ready to invest, consider Matt Umanov or Gruhn’s in Nashville. Isn’t as fancy but you’ll get a way better selection with real musicians discussing product with you.

I have been buying and selling guitars from this place for years. Top shelf selection and professional service. I have bought Fender and Gibson custom guitars. You might find lower prices on line but I really prefer to spend some time with a guitar before buying and these folks are great about giving you some space. Definitely a fun place to visit. My primary source because they just do things right. Gripe: lately they have focused too much on Les Paul’s, to the exclusion of Fenders. They have 25LP Custom shop guitars and no Fender Masterbuilts.

Talk about a kid in a candy store. Took a day trip here with my fiancé because they had some Stef Carpenter limited edition guitar he’s been eyeing, what a great shop. Set up was great, a comfy couch for me to sit on while he rocked out — although we weren’t sure if we would be purchasing anything we never got the feeling that we were bothering anyone or any pressure to buy. The drive into this place is quiet interesting. The town is eclectic to say the least.

Fantastic selection. Great customer service. The free shipping is super slow though– pay for the expedited if you’re in a hurry.
