They are cheap, but quality of their work is poor. From the first interaction with John the sales guy, they are not professional, should have listened to my gut. They removed tree ok and ground stump but left chips everywhere. They were supposed to do bobcat work same day too but that morning, the plans changed and price went up — not what I was told on phone or when I got estimate. Luckily they didn’t get paid for that prior and they never have given a straight answer on when it will be done.
I paid them to clean gutters with other work and they barely blew them out with blower, gutters still have plants growing in them. They said they would come fix, but that was weeks ago. They do not call back and it took multiple stern voicemails calling them basically crooks and threatening to contact BBB to get any response. Ultimately I got ½ my money back and now have to pay someone else to clean my gutters. DO NOT USE CR TREE EXPERTS, THEY WILL DO MARGINAL/​POOR JOB AND TAKE MONEY AND RUN.
