Love me some chick fil a. They have actually gotten my order correct lately.
There have been some issues in the past with wrong food at the drive through.
One time I actually had to sit in the drive thru line a second time since my dog was with me. She gave me attitude at the window like I was lying. Really, I’m going to wait another 15 minutes in the drive thru line for heck of it. Whatever
The food is always good though and love the new salad.

Ate there today. About 2o minutes after finishing my southwest salad, I vomited. Then, the diarrhea started. This lasted about 3 hours. Done with this place!!! It’s gone down hill!!! Ate nothing else today, so had to be the salad. So disappointed!!!

The customer service is lacking at this location compared to all the other Chick-​fil-​A locations I’ve been to. Usually at Chick-​fil-​A I feel like the employees want to go above and beyond to make you happy but this location I definitely do not feel that.

Many times during the week we order using the drive thru window or counter service in the morning. Usually there is a female employee working who sings while she takes our order. It is definitely for her pleasure and not mine… the customer. In my opinion It’s extremely unprofessional and in your face! I’ve never encountered this at any other Chick fil a or other restaurant for that matter. Chick Fil A is such a well run business i just don’t understand why this behavior is tolerated. Other than this… service here is great.

Guys, I LOVE this Chick-​fil-​A location. It’s not convenient to my home, but convenient to my in-​laws and my daughter’s dance class, so we stop here quite often! The staff is annoyingly friendly :) (i’m from the northeast, haha). The thing I love the most, which sounds silly but is a big deal in our household, is that they will give me a fruit cup with no apples which is SO appreciated by my 2 year old. She has a gluten allergy, which doesn’t leave a lot of options in the first place. We always order her the kid’s grilled chicken with a fruit cup, but she doesn’t like apples, so they’ll leave them out for her! Not all Chick-​fil-​A locations do this, so I love them here for doing it!

Love the service at this. chick-​fil-​a! Great for kids and the whole family. We come on Saturday for breakfast! But, it’s good for all times of day. Playground is perfect for kids.

This is consistently the worst Chick-​fil-​A ever. I always have to wait much longer. The service here is not as good as other Chick-fil-A’s.

Arguably the fastest drive-​thru on the planet. Happy employees, prompt service, great atmosphere, and, of course, delicious food. So far, the best Chick-​fil-​a I’ve been to.

Great chick-​fil-​a store. Very friendly retail team and good management. Good food as expected. Need healthier food options — better salads and more soups.

It is CFA. Consistent as always.
Service is great, food is hot and fast, and it is always «their pleasure.» Other chains could learn a lot from CFA.

This is hands down the best CFA I’ve ever been to and a model for all other locations. The staff here are amazing and they operate more like a full service restaurant than a fast food chain. Orders are brought out to you, routine rounding by the staff asking if you need anything or would like a refill. Always have a smile, the service is prompt, and like the other reviewer said have managed to retain the core staff over several years. Could not recommend higher!

This is a great place for kids (and adults). The service at this location is great! We went with our 2 year old and her 3 year old cousin. They have complimentary cups of Cheerios for the little ones which is great because it keeps them occupied while Mommy ordered the food. The staff will even bring the food to your table which is a big help when you’re schlepping diaper bags and kids while pushing a rolling-​high-​chair through the restaurant. You can also turn in the kid’s meal toys for a small ice cream which the kids love.

This is a great Chic-​Fil-​A.
Since the menu is the same everywhere, comments on the food seem silly.
Instead, let me tell you what I like about this particular location.
I work nearby, so I frequent this location for lunch often. The restaurant is always clean, even during the busy times. The staff is extremely well-​trained. The management has the ability to hire bright, engaging, and competent staff time after time. Since it is a fast food place, you might think the turnover might be high and that the staff are just young clueless high-​school kids (sorry, no offense to hard working high school kids out there!), but you would be incorrect with that guess at this location.
Somehow, they retain the same core group of people for years at a time. That’s what I like most about this location. When I go in for lunch, I know I’m going to see some familiar faces behind the counter.
There are many lunch restaurants nearby, so competition is fierce (and not in a Project Runway sort of fierce). Knowing I’m going to get great service from friendly people in a clean environment goes a long way towards my decision to go back time and again.
I guess it’s no wonder this Chick-​Fil-​A is a money machine. Even though it can get busy inside or in the drive through, their efficiency is always very good. I can’t think of any time in nine years that I’ve waited more than a few minutes in any line there.
