Had a great selection of fans. The sales girl was very helpful in explaining me about the differences in fans. I also liked that they had indoor and outdoor fans.

Do not buy a fan from here! Mr Kim and his family will act nice up front, but will not honor their return policy or warranty assistance if you receive a defective product. Craftmade are low quality fans. You are better off buying Casablanca or Emerson from another store. This store is a borderline scam.
I got 50% back for returning my defective product AND Mr Kim said he was going to sell the fan again. Beware if you are buying a fan. It could be used and defective.

If you want a quality fan — don’t order from this location. Order online from the corporate office in Florida. It’s location is privately owned and does not care about customer service. They specifically said «don’t want to get involved» when I brought in my defective fan that I bought from this location. It’s sad that companies don’t care about customer service.
