very patient excellent bed side manners professional and knowledgeable. i’m not the best patient

First off let me say that I was not an easy patient. Dr. Frederick was recommended to me by women’s center of johns creek. He handled my second pregnancy after my first child was stillborn, and he and his staff did so with so much kindness and understanding. I really felt like Dr. Frederick had the best interests of myself and my baby in mind and was incredibly thorough. He took time to answer all of my questions and he took my concerns seriously. He is very kind, professional, and has a great bedside manner. The ladies at the front desk are very sweet as well as the nurses. My second pregnancy was rough emotionally but I am so grateful to have had a wonderful medical team at my side. I would definitely recommend Dr. Frederick and I hope to see him again when we have baby #3!

I really, really wanted to be a patient of Dr. Frederick’s, but his staff is making it incredibly difficult for me. From losing my blood work (and blaming it on the lab), to requiring me to call them twice to get my records faxed to a specialist, to sending my insurance info incorrectly with my blood work (and again blaming the lab), to not calling me with lab results, it goes on and on. I love what Dr. Frederick is about with obstetrics, but if I can’t trust his staff to handle even basic logistics, then his practice is a no-​go for me. I’m looking elsewhere.
