Great place for the kids to burn off some energy. Free wifi & a nice clean facility. I highly recommend for all kids under 12…

To be honest I will avoid this place at all costs in the future. I am fine with kids, ruckus, and paying for a few hours of bouncing fun. What I did not appreciate was the additional costs of the arcade games. I did not appreciate the lack of an adult staff member to help manage rowdy kids. Even though I was moving through the place with my 1.5 and 3.5 year old I felt like I was constantly intervening with kids who were over four years old on the little kids items. This place was overall just too expensive and under-managed for me.

A fun place to take the kids. The adults can sit and watch the kids for hours. Also you get a special band on your wrist to make sure you don’t walk out with someone’s kid. I like that. Makes it safe. For 8 dollars you can play all day. On Wednesdays it’s a little cheaper. They have some specials during the week. They also have a snack bar with various snack options. Great place.

Monkey Joe’s is like a playground where everything is inflatable. Its main attraction is the 4 – 5 gigantic inflatable things that fill up the large, carpeted room. Adults are not allowed on them, so couldn’t tell exactly what was going on behind the inflated walls… but sounded like the kids were having fun. There’s a snack bar selling stuff you’d find at a movie theater. They also have comfy chairs, lockers, TVs, free wifi, and bench tables. It’s $ 8.99/kid during the week day to play there ALLDAY. I thought it’d be a great place to kill time with the girl I was babysitting. Unfortunately, the inflatable playground entertained her for 40 mins max. I felt like I had to watch over her most of the time, due to the lack of staff supervision. One corner is reserved for 3& under, but nobody was stopping big kids from stomping through. There was just one birthday party going on, and it got pretty crowded. So, it might be a good place for kids to jump around for an hour or so, but I wish they’d have more staff to take the work load off the guardians.

Visited this location with our three grandchildren and were dismayed by the lack of staff supervision and we were shocked at the total inattention to the entry door. Monkey Joe’s prides itself on security but we saw none. We brought this to the attention of the assistant manager and she was quick to put someone on the door but we’d watched 90 minutes go by without staff present. This was our first experience here and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you are super vigilant.

We had a party for my six year old there today, and it was great. The staff was very attentive and we had our own party host. The area is clean and doesnt look junky like some of those places. Kids loved jumping and it was pretty easy to keep track of them. Price is very reasonable for what you get, and they set up and clean up too! And free wifi for parents! Just read my review and it sounds like I work for them… I don’t, just a satisfied parent who wanted to share.

My little one LOVED this place and had a great time. I suggest going during the week if you can because the weekend is a madhouse, and I kept worrying that my little one would get hurt. They advertise lots of supervision by staff, but this wasn’t the case on the Sunday I was there. There were too few staff members compared to the amount of kids, and there was a lot of rough housing going on. I am pointing out this problem because you want to be vigilant — there are some chances that kids could get really hurt here — KEEP A WATCHFULEYE. I am sure I will go back, but I will go during the week for sure.

It is a big room full of inflatable playground equipment. Kids love it.
