I’m so pissed I bought a Groupon for this place and never got to use it!
PLU…more like POS!
Total waste of money. No Zumba classes are even offered, schedule is nowhere to be found online and I have tried calling countless times on different days, morning, afternoon and night, and no one has ever picked up!
HUGE BUMMER!

Don’t do it! Purchased a groupon in November and was trying to use it for the last few weeks. Left three separate messages to try and schedule something in the future. On their voice message it says they will respond back within 24 hours. Never heard a word after I left three messages. Got fed up with and contacted Groupon to get a refund. Very unprofessional establishment. If PLU Wellness is that busy, hire more staff to keep up with the demand.

I just went to get a 90 minute massage from Marvin at PLU Wellness Studio. IT WAS AMAZING. Very professional and excellent service. I get massages once a month and this was one of the best I’ve had. I will definitely go back to Marvin again on my next visit to Atlanta.

very unprofessional, poor service, even worse massage. They cancelled my apppointment within about 12 hours, then no one would even return my call to tell me what happened, reschedule, etc. I had to get KGB deals involved and it took ages to get settled. No reimbursement or restitution was made from them, but IF I was the one who cancelled my appointment without notice, I would have lost the value of my voucher and been SOL from my money and massage!
Go somewhere else! Massages are supposed to be relaxing, not stressful!

I bought a groupon for my husbands birthday and, after 3 weeks of trying everything (including contactinging groupon) we have been unable to even get someone to call us back for an appt!!! For a place that promotes peace of mind I am totally stressed out by this experience!!! GROUPON HAS REPOSTED THE DEAL… DO NOT DO!!!

I have been three times over the past two months. I am not good with names but I have had a different massage therapist each visit — all of them were very good and professional. I would say that the staff holds up, the atmosphere is very nice with soft music in the background and dimmed lights.

I bought a deal through KGB deals for a massage at this place. The voucher was good for 3 months, and throughout the three months, I called over 10 times to try and schedule an appointment for my massage. NEVER have I gotten a human being on the phone. The first bunch of times that I called and got voicemail, I didn’t leave a message, figuring I’d just call back. After nearly 2 months of not getting a human, I started leaving messages. I have left numerous messages on the studio’s voicemail and not a single time has anyone called me back.
They have a disclaimer on the website and/​or voicemail that they’re often busy with customers and can’t answer the phone — I completely understand that. But when you never answer the phone AND never return phone calls — that sends a message loud and clear to your customers — that they are not important enough to warrant a return call. You can’t tell me these people can’t take a half hour at the end of the day and return phone calls, or come in half an hour early and return calls from the previous day. If you care, you find a way to do it. Apparently this studio doesn’t care at all about their clients.
When I contacted KGB deals about this, the response from them was «Please contact them at 478.227.5683. Could you please try again as they might be just busy on some days.» That’s just ludicrous.
