Horrible customer service! Pizza was not delivered and manager was a complete bitch! Do not order from them!!!

This is my go-to spot, when I don’t feel like cooking dinner on the weekends. I love it and the kids love it, the food always comes on time and is hot and fresh on delivery. And the delivery person always has a smile, with good customer service.

DONOT order from this location. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and utter ignorance at a Pizza Hut in my life. The male who answered had an attitude when he answered the phone and it was present the entire time. When I tried to call back to cancel the order I called 3 times and let it ring at least 10 times upon every attempt and there was no answer. I was beginning to think that I should call the cops b/c it appeared that maybe he had been abducted. I called the 4th time and guess he decided to finally answer the phone after about the 8th ring. I tried to cancel the order and he stated that the driver was already on the way. Impossible because I was told that the order would take 45 min to deliver to me and it had only been maybe 15 min since I placed the order. Basically he didn’t want me to cancel and ultimately lied. This jerk needs to be fired b/c there is no reason to boldly lie to a customer. You get paid to do a job and do it ethically. Bottom line… it would be best for you to place a to-go order with another Pizza Hut or another chain altogether.

Check your pizza before delivery guy leaves. Half of the cheese on my pizza was stuck to top of pizza box. Also pizza was cold.

I hate being a whiny bitch, but if I’m told something from someone, I expect it to be so. Simple as that. Just ordered a pizza from here a little over an hour ago, my confirmation showed an arrival time of 6:18pm. The email sent to me stated 6:19pm. I understand there’s traffic. That there’s holdups that can’t be foreseen, but I also would think there’d be consideration of those things built into their estimated time of arrival. Right? So at 6:30pm I called just to check on the pizza, not blaming anyone for lying or being slow, just wanted an update. The woman who answered the phone clearly needs a Xanax. She seemed hurried, asked my name(I told her the business name first, to which she seemed to get pissed at me about), then simply said it was already out(but in the least simplest way, like she had to drag an anchor up from the ocean to tell me). Fine. Again, I wasn’t mad or irate, I just had a question. There was no need to be shitty towards me and outright offensive. The pizza did arrive, at 6:38pm. It was warm, but definitely had been hanging out a while somewhere besides the oven. Does it really matter, after all it’s Pizza Hut? I shouldn’t expect great service, but slightly polite would be a big step. I’ll call Domino’s next time.

Just your usual chain pizza place. We tried their spicy asian wings and the garlic bread pizza. The wings were ok, but they weren’t spicy at all and the sauce was missing on half the wings, so it was a bit disappointing. The garlic bread pizza was an interesting idea — they didn’t go overboard on the garlic and it tasted ok. The problem is when you pull the pieces apart there’s a good chance of ripping the cheese off a ‘slice’ and leaving you with marinara bread instead. We’ll probably eat the Hut again but we’ll be sticking to their normal pizza from now on.
