Allow me to vent. Worst fast food experience by far the food tastes terrible it smells like its old and this happens way too often, it doesn’t surprise me that this store is rated 1 stars the service is absolutely terrible they have messed up my order numerous times, this food is so bad iv turned around and complained about how the meat was so dry and had a stench and the bread was stale and smelled like a latrine and iv never done that before with any food establishment

The woman in the drive-​through was extremely rude. Our order was entirely wrong and the management did not even seem to care. In the service industry, it is always to the company’s benefit to actually use manners like «please» and «thank you» and also to smile at the customers instead of rolling your eyes. Also to apologize when you make a mistake!

Terrible at making your food. In fact, the worse I’ve ever had! You’re better off going else where.

Please allow me to vent…
Saturday afternoon around 2:00 I pull through the drive-​through of Taco Bell as I was just a bit hungry and had a taste for a hard taco or two. Ordered 2 hard taco’s and drive to the window.
The cost was $ 2.52 for both taco’s. I asked the guy at the window to give me 6 Diablo sauces.
Drove home to enjoy my little snack. To start with there were only 4 sauces. I will only knock off 1 star for this as you can’t expect anyone with a public education and now Common Core to count past 4.
I opened the first taco and it was only half filled with a tiny bit of meat, lettuce and cheese. I suck my finger on it to move it around just to spread it out a little. The picture tells the story. I deducted 3 stars for that.
Seriously Taco Bell you need to get your act together and take care of your customers. I live less than a mile from this location that also houses a KFC.
If you want a little snack that is somewhat worth what you pay then go to McDonald’s and get a double cheeseburger.
