We found Tuccis in 2013 when we moved into our house in Johns Creek. We purchased over $ 4,000.00 of furniture. Our son recently bought a home and we suggested Tuccis. He bought a sofa and a dining set for $ 2,000.00. He has had the dining set for less than a week and one of the rungs broke on the chair. All he did was rest his feet on it. My wife called and spoke to the owner. She refused to do anything about it saying that it was in good shape when it left the store. I feel differently as it is a product they sold to a customer and they should back their products. We will definitely not go back nor recommend them to friends.

Do not trust these people… They never call you about your furniture selling. They will NOT sell it for the asking price — so you can forget about getting what your furniture is actually worth.
The owner is RUDE and «entitled».
I quote… «if you don’t like how we are handling your sale, you can just come and get it»
It’s been 6 MONTHS since I dropped off my Oak Futon and table — which the owner said «Oh, this should sell very quickly, it’s in perfect condition!»
I should have put it on Craig’s list.

THAT SPECIAL PIECE
This is definitely a great place to go if you are looking for something unique. They had some really nice decorative items that were great for accenting a particular room or area within a room.
When I visited the store, I felt that some of the larger items were just overpriced but since I prefer to buy my furniture new, I wasn’t interested in the larger items.
I definitely would not want to pay a per hour delivery charge. I think there should just be one charge for the delivery and call it a day. Better yet, cash and carry and you don’t even have to worry about damage or accidents.

Yes. Very friendly people there waiting for you. But I’m not sure the items are my style. If you’re looking for something modern, this is not your place. But if you’re a fan of elegant/rustic feeling, bingo.
They offer very unique delivery charge. It’s $ 75 per an hour regardless of the purchase amount. So I guess you’re living close to the store and looking for furnishings that’s not the modern style, you’re the champion here. They carry decent quality couches under $ 600.

My husband and I had been in Tucci’s before to browse and were pleasantly surprised by the selection of merchandise and the price, so when we bought our new home we knew where to go for unique pieces for our living room! We purchased two chairs and a coffee table and got a great price on all three. The sales-woman helping us was great and remembered us and our order when we came back a few days later to pick up our items. Overall, I’m very pleased with our Tucci’s experience and we will be returning for future furniture purchases!

We are so excited to have found this gem of a shop.
Every single person from the sales lady to the delivery guys were standout good kind of people.
Tuccis is my new drug of choice!!! And it ain’t cheap either!

Very friendly. Designing women mixed with the eccentricity of the Golden Girls. Great reclaimed wood pieces and eclectic accent furniture. Worth coming outside the perimeter for. And I don’t do that very often. It’s scary out there.

While they do have unique pieces, I have decided I will not buy anything from this establishment. If you are an older Caucasian woman over 50 (like the ladies that work there) they will welcome you with open arms and advise — «the prices on the tags mean nothing» — but as a younger African American woman… You leave wondering — the way they acted, did I have dog poo on my shoe? They were less than welcoming. I would not spend my time writing this review if it were not true. By the way… I have been to the Tucci’s in Kennesaw several times and they are always pleasant.

A lot of places say «unique» but end up being quite the opposite. This place really is unique! I live nearby and wandered in after a trip to the liqour store. Very different selection of items from furniture and home furnishings. Not certain I can describe the furniture correctly — but different is a start. I ended up buying a piece on impulse and it worked out great. Prices run the spectrum from cheap to less cheap. Worth a 30 minute walk through just to see what they have.
