Zaxby’s

The service was quick and the staff very friendly. When I went on Saturday Night, besides the drive thru very quiet, should have been my first clue.
The kids and I had a lovely time, but both my kids and I had a sick feeling when we left. My daughter was ill all night from the grilled cheese. And my son and I both had the chicken, he had the chicken strips, but refused to finish them. My boneless buffalo chicken wings and fries were lukewarm, should have been my second clue. The next day I was sick all day. Today I am still ill, and am currently can only hold down white rice.

I am officially done going to this Zaxby’s. This is the fifth time in six visits they have made my order wrong. While I love Zaxby’s I always have to double check my order. In the past we had milk missing from the kids meals, an entire meal missing, multiple salads with fried instead of grilled chicken, and salads with no chicken at all. While they are always willing to make amends, I get tired of making second trips to pick up reparations.

I’m a fan of the chicken fingers, fries and the fried house Zalad! I’m NOT a fan of the Zax Sauce! I love a place that can season fried chicken well… thank goodness my daughter got m eating here again. I had stopped after tasting that Zax sauce on a sandwich

went to this location for lunch and ordered the cajun chicken sandwich they put so much sauce on the sandwich until I just couldn’t eat it it was even under my french fries I mean how dumb do you have to be to think it’s cool to give somebody food that is that sloppy this location used to be good but it has taken a turn for the worse trust me

no way to roll out the Zensation again… limp lettuce and small portion do not encourage additional visits. very disappointing.

I’m from Cali and it’s a shame we don’t have Zaxby’s out there! I love this place! Their chicken is crack! No seriously, what do they do to that chicken for it to be so delicious?!? I like the Wings & Things plate, hot favored. The fries go great with the chicken and their Zaxby’s sauce complements the chicken perfect. Can’t really say much besides go try this chicken if you haven’t yet!

Fast, friendly, clean. It’s usually quiet at lunch, busy but quiet which is what I’m looking for at lunch. Never had a problem with getting my order.

This is a lunch spot for me during the week! Most of the time I’m in a hurry and have to run through the drive thru to get back to work! This is the fastest Zaxby’s drive thru ever! At others I always have to wait but not here they are on a roll! Always polite as well!

As David K would say, Nice People Work Here. As in, always greet you and meet your every request with a smile. Also, they’re very fast and efficient. That’s what’s really noteworthy about this Zaxby’s.
Other than that, it’s your standard Zaxby’s, providing delicious chicken tenders, crinkle cut fries, special sauce, and my favorite, the Blue Zalad — Buffaloed (fried chicken strips tossed in buffalo sauce atop romaine, tomatoes, french fried onions, and blue cheese).
The lay out is slightly different — the drive through entrance is the main entrance, so you end up driving all the way around before you see a door. And the inside seems a tad smaller — maybe it’s just because it’s longer than it is wide, so the drink station is where you normally stand in line to be served at others.
