We love Freddy’s…normally. But sadly this is the second time at this location that we have had apathetic service at the register. Shoot the guy was mumbling when we asked a question and just looked bored to be here. When our food came out the fries were mostly mushy and a hot dog was laid on top of its smashed bun. So, needless to say we will stick with other locations for better food and service. Just thought the owners and others would want a warning.

Wow. It’s been awhile. One look and my memory is refreshed. Larger cup of cold creamy smooth Custer. Smothered with warm liquid Hot fudge. Coated with fresh fluffy whipped cream. Don’t forget the pecans. The solo glossy red cherry is a delight at the finish. I am smiling. Can you see it? Go for it!

Went for lunch, ordered and served promptly. When i walked over to the condiment stand to get ketchup and pour soda drink, there was a swarm of gnats flying around ketchup and soda drink machine. Disgusting. Passed on the ketchup and drink and went to sit down near a window and there were dead flies, moths, and crickets on the window sills. Nothing more disgusting then going to a place to eat and find it infested with bugs and they don’t even care enough to clean up the dead ones. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like! Yuck.

We recently moved here to Texas and we quickly try to establish the«go-to» places we enjoy going for date night, comfort food, etc. Freddy’s was one of the first places we went to, and even through going to many places in the last few months, we keep coming back to Freddy’s. And for good reason– their steakburgers, presentation and other menu items have gotten us hooked. The seasoning that Freddy’s uses on their burgers is a bit of a curse– it’s so good that I basically inhale it and want another one. The fries are just thick enough for you to be eating something with substance, but not so thick that you feel like you’re eating a quarter of a potato with each one. Everything is fried without being browned or burned. It just hits that perfect medium that so many burger and fry places aspire to but never actually achieve. The staff is super friendly, they’ve been wonderful every time we go. The place is kept SUPER clean, the décor is beautiful, and let’s be honest– the owner(Freddy) who started the chain is the coolest old guy ever. Seeing pictures of him throughout his adventures, and seeing how cool of a guy he must be, makes you proud to be able to contribute to his success.

Wow wow wow. I’m impressed with this place. I came in here for ice cream and then realized they had food. Got some food with my mom and the burgers were delicious but not a big fan of the fries. But the customer service was pretty amazing. Then got some ice cream and it was pretty good. I’d probably go back if I’m in the area.

If you get anything deviating from what’s on the menu from this location(I.e. No onions), check your order is correct before you drive off if that matters to you. Ordered twice in the past month, first time with no relish– got relish in my hot dog. Second time asked for no onions, confirmed at time of order, picked up at next window and another employee confirmed no onions– and I get EXTRA onions than last time. First time was no biggie, but it really simple listening skills? Otherwise a typical Freddy’s

I could have gone to fuddruckers, and had a delicious burger and fries for the same amount I spent on this rubbish. The fries might as well be crumbs. There’s nothing to them. I definitely won’t be back.

Shoe string fries are a dry over fried joke. If you don’t choke on the cold stringy bastards consider yourself lucky. I used to love this place but now all they do is over change and under serve. Boo Freddys.

Was in the other day to get lunch and then found out they have a new nutter butter yogurt cookie. So good, Morgan and Emi gave us great customer service and they have great people skill!

We’re doing burger joint comparisons right now, we’ve tried a Whataburger, Mighty Fine and now Freddy’s. My wife and quality control inspector and i agree that of these three, Mighty Fine was the best for fries and we cordially agreed to disagree on who made the best burger, she thinks Freddy’s is the best and I gave them a close second… my pick was Mighty ’cause it was. The Nutterbutter ice cream sammy you can buy for 99 cents if you order a combo was good too.

Trying Frozen Custard for the first time. Don’t know why they call it «concrete» when it tasted like water. Gross. My husband hated it too. Literally dumped it down the sink. Also, $ 4 for a regular. Whaa?

I had the PBC& B(peanut butter cup & banana) shake and it was not worth buying. One sip and I knew immediately that there was not a single real flavor in this shake. Saddened, I opened the cup, to find the color to be a light key-lime-pie green. I inquired about this, to which the cashier responded that the green color is due to the banana flavored syrup that is used. I’m not sure if I was more turned off by the fake banana flavor that I hate or of the disappointment of my first Freddy’s experience.

Yum-o! Good burgers. Good fries. Son had a pbc & b concrete. That was a little expensive for my taste but I enjoy spoiling my sons. The music is pleasant. Something we can both enjoy. Staff is friendly.

We have come here many many times. Like most fast food/burger joints there’s sometimes something that’s not perfect. But never before anything worth complaining about. About a month ago we went inside for a takeout order. My husband ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. When we got home, there was no cheese! Since that was a pretty big oops, he called and spoke to the manager. She said we could come in later to get a free replacement and our name would be on a list. Tonight I went in with the receipt from the oops night. I would assume it was the GM, Tony, who helped me. He took the receipt to remake the order, and saw the military discount on it(yes! 10% off with military id-how nice is that?), and then he decided to remake the entire order. Businesses make mistakes, screw up, forget the cheese, etc. what sets a good business apart is how they fix a mistake. Tony went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect. He put on the gloves and made my hubby’s sandwich himself. I have always enjoyed this place, but this has really impressed me. I’m very thankful to Tony and the rest of his crew(the guy at the counter was very nice and the custard concretes were awesome!) Thank you so much for making everything perfect! Dinner was awesome and we appreciate it!

I’m not a fast food fan but when I’m forced… Oh I LIE! I LIE! I love greasy burgers as much as the next girl. There’s no point in trying to deny it, I’ve already confessed that I’ve LOVED In And Out burgers since practically, the beginning of time, and that Carl’s Junior makes my favorite fries, there’s no pretending to be a health food fanatic now. Seriously though, I try very hard to limit my trips to the drive through. I’m picky about where I go cause I don’t want to waste one of my indulgence days. I go to this Freddy’s location, not just because its convenient, the staff is friendly and on the ball, and the burgers and fries are always at least decent(I’m not a fan of the chicken sammiches and that’s the reason I give this place four stars not five), but ALSO because, when they are in the car with me, the hounds are treated to free«Puppy Custards» at the drive through window. This is sheer delight and magic to them. «Ice cream?! We love ice cream, Mom! We love it EVER so much!» Wag wag wag!!! I love to make my puppies happy and sometimes that is the excuse I need to indulge in a little fast food.

First time at Freddy’s!, I will certainly go back again. I had a burger, and probably could have ordered two! It was very tasty, not as juicy as Five Guys, but still very much worth it. Ordered dessert, I haven’t had frozen custard before, I would go back just for that. My daughter was able to try both flavors he went with chocolate and I did vanilla. This Freddy’s was very clean! The service was great, the man behind the counter could actually carry on a conversation and as I was leaving he said have a good night and to come back!

Shakes are small. A regular is tiny. Please view picture. A Sunday, size mini is fair. Not sure what’s up with their shakes. Both tasted good.
