Pizza Hut

Convenient location. Fast service. However one time they forgot to put my order on display screen that shows wait line and time. Wasted couple of minutes, but not too critical complaint.

All I can say is wow, what kind of Pizza Hut runs out of breadsticks on a Friday afternoon sorry but someone needs to learn how to place inventory orders better

$ 10 large thin crust pizza any topping — not bad if you’re Ballin on a budget. Haven’t been to pizza Hut in a while but it seems like the prices are cheaper?

This is a pick up/​delivery only location but we have had no complaints. No one has jacked our order, it’s always correct, and pipping hot!
I normally order on line and just pick up. In 15 min!!!
Right now the $ 10 stuffed crust is a throw back to my middle school days and I have indulged those memories weekly recently!

I ordered a large stuff crust meat pizza. This is a while back on January and I just discover Unilocal site so I figure I can write a review on it.
So I ordered a large pizza and being delivered to my apartment. I get the pizza and tip driver 5 dollars. I open my pizza and saw that the cheese wasn’t enough to cover the sauce. I saw 80% of sauce and 20% of cheese here and there. I called to tell and explain what wrong with it.
The lady on the phone told me «sir we put cheese on all the pizza «(deeper tone with me) I was like furious on how she talking to me and I told her there is no Damn cheese on here and she offer remake but saying along we remake it but it be the same as your pizza you got now. I was mad.
I called the Corp and explained what the store did. He looked up my name and saw past complaint I had which was last year. I’m still ordering pizza hut after that past incident. I told what that incident have to do with this now? And I figure he assuming get I was one of the people trying to get free food which I wasn’t. I’m done with pizza hut and papa Johns what I order now. They lost my business.

Pizza was great! Customer service was exceptional. I dont have the time or patience to write a whole story like most yellping yellpers. Thanks.

mon-​thursday, carryout out for $ 6.55. the only store in round rock that says you have to have a coupon to purchase at this price!
i called all the pizza huts listed in round rock and they are honoring this price. sad, because me and my company have spent a lot of money purchasing from this location! not any more-​we will go to papa johns!

Thought it would be more convenient to go to this location after work than the one in Cedar Park. What a mistake! Called in a carry-​out order and when I got there to pick it up the breadsticks I ordered were burnt! Told the chick about it and clearly got that she didnt give a damn. She says they are not burnt and thats the way they come. Then tells me that if she has more made they are gonna look the same. Customer service???
Here’s the kicker. Once I get the pizza and charred breadsticks home I realized just how much they dont give a damn here. The pizza and cinnamon sticks were really flaky on the bottom and tasted like they’d been sitting out for some hours and just reheated. I’ve had a lot of pizzas and reheated day-​several days old slices and never experienced one as stale as this. Will not be coming back here for sure… and Pizza Hut in general anytime soon!

Not sure what’s going on here, but it always seems to be unorganized when I pick up my order here, even when it’s not so busy. I’ve had to wait up to 20 minutes after said pick up time to get my order sometimes. Only reason I don’t go anywhere else is because it’s so convenient to go here, and I don’ t like any other pizza place. I do like that pizza hut pizza isn’t a grease sponge anymore, so that’s a plus.

I had the pizza delivered and it didn’t take that long since I only live 5 mins from them… –_​– yeah I just paid $ 3 dollar fee for a trip that takes 5 mins cause I don’t have the car to get there and was very hungry…
Well the food was okay for pizza hut o. o well your paying for fast food I am not expecting the best pizza in the entire world
I took off one star cause the pizza to me didn’t taste like it was hot… when I’m hungry I lose my sense of taste until I take 10 bites then I realize something is wrong. usually when I am hungry and I buy food I burn my tongue cause I can’t wait to eat and dive into it to fast… the food was more warm to room tempt.

Pizza tasted great, however there was a long line and the space was very cramped so we had to wait for our pizza outside. But preparation was relatively quick despite the line. Overall, great choice to choose your pizza.

Often hit or miss for us. More often hit for me, but Rabia has had a few issues. I think their cajun wings are excellent, and i’m not a wing man. The pizza generally is pretty good as well!

Pizza Hut stretches my theory that there is no such thing as bad pizza, just some are better than others.
Pizza Hut is cheap and my daughter likes it, so I am subjected to their substandard offerings once in a while. I think their pizza tastes like it was assembled with Low Bid Ingredients.
Eat here if you must, but keep your expectations low.
