I wanted to laugh when I saw the review from Galy. I know exactly which student is being referred to because I also encountered the same biting problem from the daughter of a staff member in the toddler room! Again, I agree with Galy that there is a lot of staff turn over. Sometimes I don’t know who the instructors are when I drop my child off. I wouldn’t leave my child with a stranger for a babysitter, so why would I want to pay a higher price to do it at a licensed facility? Also, they claim they have low ratios, however this is a business like others where the almighty dollar is highly worshipped. I have counted students before and yes, they are within the state guidelines but not within the standards I was told when visiting the first time. Students don’t always even ways get their own cubby and coat hooks(they need to share) because there are too many children. If they could keep their staff around and keep up with the number of students they have, this would be a great place. Needless to say, we go elsewhere now due to the above problems.

My son was at this school for over a year. He was fine in the infant room but the problems came once he entered the toddler rooms. In two weeks span, my son was bit 5 times and management did nothing to change the classroom environment. We have witnessed the same child hold another child in a choke-hold, push another child to the ground, and try to bite another child all while dropping or picking our son up. This same child bit my son four times. What was done to this child? She was moved up to another classroom to continue to harm another group of children and all because this child is the daughter of one of their teachers. They prefer the children of their staff over our business. In hindsight we should have taken our son out a long time ago. There is a lot of teacher and administrative turnover. The few staff that they’ve had that know about child development do not stay. Lastly, the owners(Kevin and Reena) are not friendly or involved. If you are thinking of taking your child here, seriously reconsider.

We couldn’t wait for Primrose to open! Our 3 year old started day 1 and has loved every minute. He loves the teachers and staff and always comes home excited to tell us about his day. We can already see a difference! Primrose really goes out of their way to ensure no detail is left unchecked. This shows in features like gaps in the door hinges so fingers don’t get pinched, separate boy/girl restrooms starting in preschool and cots for rest time. The building and grounds are well planned and all geared toward making learning fun. The classrooms are and playgrounds are top notch.(splashpad coming soon!)

Great! Great School! They are a school and not just a daycare! The staff is dedicated to the growth and well-being of the children! I will continue to refer all my friends to Primrose.
