The parking Nazi was a jackass. Permits are not required until the 13th of September. Guy was rude to everyone he spoke to including me (not a student, was looking for info on enrollment and was parked in the Guest/​Visitor spots). I advised him I was not a student and believed that I did not need a permit to park in the Guest spots (he stated that «I thought wrong.») Then as he drives off I notice that every time he stops to bother someone he is double parking (illegal) and has a rear brake light out (also illegal).
