I took a day off from work and hired a babysitter to watch my two young children so my husband and I could go in and speak with James at The Parker Law Firm. I scheduled the appointment two weeks ahead of time and James confirmed the date twice via email. We arrived just before 9 AM (the time of our appointment) and James was not even in the office yet. The receptionist left a message with his staff and we sat down in the waiting area. A few minutes later, James called the receptionist and she asked me my name, and then relayed the information to James. This tells me he had no idea who I even was, even though this should have been on his calendar. He asked if we were willing to wait and said he’d be in the office in about 20 – 25 minutes. Unfortunately by then, my impression of him was beyond repair and I was not willing to wait further due to his lack of planning. He claimed he was in court and it ran long but seriously, what court appearances are over before 8;30 in the morning to give you time enough to commute to an office. It’s seem you just don’t book yourself so full at the inconvenience of your clients.

James provided very valuable legal advice which helped us win an eviction case against a bad tenant who was represented by a lawyer. We’re first time landlords and unfortunately ended up with a tenant who repeated defaulted
on rent payments. We had questions about the eviction procedure and James spent time to thoroughly answer each one of them as well as pointing out areas that could be a concern. His advice helped us tremendously in preparing for the court hearing. He’s very passionate about helping his clients and was incredibly helpful every step of the way! We highly recommend him!
