The 3 day stay we had was pleasant and comfortable. We arrived on Thursday of the last weekend of Round Top’s Spring 2014 Antique Show. So very nice to have a place right in the middle of the little town. For the location, quality and cleanliness this place is a great deal. Note the pictures of how wonderful the farmhouse, grounds and pasture are. Jeanette the proprietor is no-​nonsense though! Keep the rules and you’re ok. We would do it again! (note– be close friends with the couple you go with — you do go through one bedroom to get to the upstairs bedroom.)
