Most horrible car rental experience I ever have. Rented a car from Las Vegas to return it at this location the following day. When I arrived at NOON, it was closed. Gee, it is weekday(1÷21÷2016), how can there by no one on site!!! I had to call the phone number on the window to see if someone is coming to open the branch. After 15 minutes of waiting, somebody finally came, with her slow speed to get everything ready. Another 10 minutes, I thought I was done, but she told me because the system was down and the branch is a franchisee, my car was not considered returned and I have to call back at a later time to confirm it’s officially returned, even though I completed everything. Fine, so be it. Finally everything is completed, and I thought I could have closed the final episode of this drama, fast forward, when I received my credit card statement 2 weeks later, I was very surprised that I was overcharged for two more days and even more shockingly after I called customer services, the car was actually returned to Budget office at LAX. I don’t know what happened during those two days, but I was overcharged for two days due to their own system malfunction. Avoid to pick up or drop off your rental car at this location, unless you want to go through the endless dispute conversation with the customer services at Budget and your credit card company when you don’t have a receipt to prove that you return your car 2 days earlier than what they show on their records.

Excellent service. Fast and quick! Minus one star for the car’s condition when I received it. It was dirty and dusty. But the car was legit,(I love Toyota– yes it’s totally a Filipino thing I know haha!!!) a new nice model just dirty with an old food container inside upon receiving, as well as lots of dents and scratches on the outside of the car.
