Can’t say I have ever been here nor have I ordered delivery here, saw the commercial large pizza with 2 toppings for $ 5.99 struck a craving for pizza. Got here at 11am Sunday to pick up my online order, the place seems clean and girl working at the counter is friendly.
I made a ham and spinach pizza with garlic Parmesan white sauce with Chicago style crust, I like the thin-​ish crust that is not cracker thin, but thin enough and slightly crispy, the garlic Parmesan sauce is also very savory. Overall this was not a bad experience.
I do see a lot of negative reviews, however my mine was not at all a bad one, yet it’s nothing that stands out with excellence, I will come back again.

My credit card was stolen from my doorstep and every transaction that the criminal tried was declined except Dominos! They do not check ID’s when a credit card is used at this location. I spoke to JOE the manager, he made every excuse as to why it wasn’t their fault. He knew who was working that night and they check ID’s, the criminal must have changed the name on the credit card… Really dude? It was ordered at 11:46 pm. No one remembers? You have the order in front of you. I smell an inside job. Credit card fraud pays at this location!

Tonight a few friends and myself decided to order pizza online from this location. We ordered an x-​large 3-​topping pizza (mushrooms, pineapple, chicken) at around 11:47 p.m. We accidentally ordered it to the wrong house and called prefusely for about 4 minutes till 11:56 p. m to try and get a hold of an employee to let them know. No answer. So we gave up and just went to the house that we had ordered to to pick it up. We made it there about 5 minutes prior to his arrival and we paid for the pizza outside of the house. We got into the car and opened the pizza to find that it was made very poorly. The cheese was sticking to the roof of the box, it wasn’t even cut into slices, and it was terribly messy. Awful experience.

I would like to start off by saying, I have never given a 1 star to any establishment, until tonight. I should also mention I have never ordered from Dominos. Nor will I ever again. It took about an hour and twenty minutes to make it from the store to my house which is no more than 12 minutes away. By the time the pizzas got here they were cold, hardly lukewarm. I wouldn’t have been as upset if the pizzas were at least well made. Sadly they weren’t. Scarce on the mushrooms and pepperonis. Luckily the man I spoke to on the phone, assuming he was manager, was very apologetic and refunded the money.

I lived in this city for over 30 years and as a teenager I have worked for this dominos location. I have ordered pizzas from here since high school and I’m pretty disappointed with the past several orders. Pizzas were old, it looked and tasted like it had been sitting under the heating lamp for at least 3 hours. The vegetables and meats appeared and tasted dehydrated. I’m never going to order from this dominos again.

So I’ve spent over $ 400 at this single Domino’s location. I tip the drivers every time they come I get the same pizzas every time… This is what they tried to give me after waiting for over an hour for it. On top of that, the girl that was there was very rude and had attitude about it… Like it was my fault that the pizza wasn’t good. I don’t know if I want to spend my money here anymore…

I placed an order at 10:23 pm said it would take 45 minutes. Here I am waiting for my food eventually an hour and 5 minutes later I call, and my order didn’t go through. Get your act together. Don’t stick up for your employees who don’t sent orders to the kitchen, fire them. I’m hungry and mad. You suck.

Absolutely bad service. Ordered online. Gave us the wrong order. I called and they said we can either bring the wrong order back to exchange for the right order, or give us a refund. We choose the refund option but they never refund us. Never buy from them!!!

Can’t complain about the pizza for the price. Order from here always, but had extremely slow service tonight which was disappointing. I understand that it is Valentine’s Day but waiting over an hour when the estimated time showed 25 – 35 minutes was unacceptable. By the time the pizza arrive it was already semi-​cold and lost its appeal. Called to even check in and make sure everything was okay, only to find out there were 4 orders ahead of mine. Still am lost on how it took an hour of delivery to hit all 5 locations.

Great customer service. Freshly made pizzas. Quality ingredients. Impeccably clean establishment. And it’s price right on the money! Just be careful of that fire hydrant near one of the parking spaces. You’ll see what I mean if you ever park there.
