V Hair Salon

I had a very terrible experience with this Salon. I noticed a couple days after I had gotten my hair done for prom, which was okay though I ended up redoing it myself anyway, that on my credit card statement, I was overcharged 4 dollars. thinking it would be a quick fix, I went in after school. the owner told me that it was not her fault, would not call the credit card company when I asked her to, was extremely rude to me, told me to quit running my mouth, made me wait so she could take care of a customer who walked in after me even though my problem could be fixed in ten minutes. after waiting, I asked to simply refund the money to my card and refused, then proceeded to kick me out. I told her I would be back with my father, and when we came back she was already on the phone with the credit card company. she continued to be rude to my father and I, to the point of my dad calling the police. after the police showed up, she was able to immediately refund the card and admitted that it was her fault. the amount of money wasn’t the issue at all, her attitude was completely unacceptable, especially being the customer. the quality of the hair is not worth this awful service.

Awesome experience! Took daughter here for her back to school hair cut — she had no idea what she wanted. The ladies were so nice and patient and talked her through it — they even had a special going on for back to school!
