I looked at most of the mattress stores in the area and stopped by this store just to see what was available. It has a decent collection of mattresses and I didn’t even look at the futons.
The sales associate here tried all the selling tricks like extending sales, offering to call his manager for a lower price, etc. He was more concerned on price than trying to put me in a comfortable bed. However, he was pleasant and intelligent.
****The map shows 2 Mattress and Futon shops, I am unsure which one I went to or if there is a mistake with the map and only 1 exists.

There might be several mattress and futon shops along Woodward but make sure to go see Gerald at THE Mattress & Futon Shoppe just north of 11 Mile on Woodward. I searched them all and Gerald was the best! They have great quality furniture/​materials at the best prices. I won’t waste my time going any place else in the future — the Mattress & Futon Shoppe will be my first and only stop from now on! Their customer service can’t be beat!!!
