I made the mistake of using Bradley Rosenberg. He screwed up and tried to hide it and I ended up going to another hospital to save my life. If you value your life do not go to him!

Kudos to DR. BRADLEYROSENBERG. I have NEVER been so impressed with a physician. I began having symptoms of a bladder infection while driving home from work. I phoned the office of my primary care physician. I have been seeing her for at least 10 years. The office is comprised of five MD internists. I expected that I would be contacted by one of the five — whoever was on call. In all the years I was a patient at the office, this was the first time I phoned after hours(7PM). I was shocked to hear a recording that said«The office is now closed. If this is urgent call 911 or proceed to the emergency room.» Unacceptable! I didn’t think it was an emergency, however I was very uncomfortable. I then spoke with the answering service of a urologist, Dr. Bradley Rosenberg, whom I had not seen since 2011. Dr. Rosenberg called me immediately. He was patient with a very stressed out, anxious woman(That would be me.) He was very reassuring, took time to explain what he thought might be happening & suggested I come in first thing in the morning. I immediately contacted my primary care physician’s office as my bluecare network requires a referral to specialists. A recording informed me that it could take 2 to 3 days to process referrals. I provided the requested info on the recording. I arrived promptly at Urology Specialists of Michigan, for my appointment with Dr. Rosenberg. I was impressed that the receptionist, Debra Michalski, had already contacted my physician’s office and obtained the referral. Talk about efficiency! Within 5 minutes after my arrival I heard my name called. A very warm and personable assistant named Antoine Frazier took me back to the examining room and asked me for basic information. Dr. Rosenberg came in. I felt at ease immediately. He is amazing. I did not feel rushed. All of my questions were answered. A medical assistant named Shanese Scott came in to do a bladder scan. Like every employee I’d come across that morning, she was kind and professional. She took the time to explain what she was doing. When I checked out, I learned that there were 3 separate windows to pay so patients are not left waiting in line. A few days later, I spoke with Evette Melson, a nurse in the office. She too made me feel like a valued patient. Once again Dr. Rosenberg personally called to discuss lab results and medication he was prescribing. Talk about efficiency. On a scale of 1 to 10, Dr. Rosenberg is off the chart!
