Per the advice of my contractor(and everyone else who knows Lanni’s) I headed to Lanni’s to price out all the appliances I would need for my new home. I went in knowing how much the same appliances would cost at other stores. In every scenario Lanni’s had the best price and had access to rebates that big stores like Home Depot didn’t. Besides that, the customer service was great. Joyce worked with me every time to make sure I was choosing the best product for my budget.

Best prices and delivery service. Used in the past for several different appliances and have always been satisfied.

My fridge died and my stove no longer kept the correct temp. So I started searching for both and asked a friend where they got their appliances and he said Lannis. I went there and Eddie, the owner, helped me. He didn’t have the stove I was looking at there, but pulled it up on his computer and told me the price. It was $ 100.00LESS then Lowes. Now onto the fridge. I picked the one I wanted, and he said it was on special for $ 699. I was shocked. I expected it to be $ 999 or more. Not being able to afford stainless steel, I got the stainless steel look. And it’s a whirlpool. Which I’m happy with. I asked him what it was if it wasn’t on sale and he said $ 899.I said I’ll take it. Plus there is a $ 50 rebate from whirlpool and $ 50 rebate for the energy efficiency. So I have now saved $ 100 on the fridge. Not including the rebates, I saved $ 400 in the fridge and stove by going a mom and pop shop. Wish I would of done this 6 months ago when I bought a new washer and dryer. Out of curiosity, I checked Lowes and the fridge was $ 999 and the stove was $ 699. Sears was higher. I always thought Lowes had good prices… silly me. From now on, appliances will be from Lannis and dirt and flowers from Lowes. Oh, the delivery and install, was great. The 2 men who delivered, were great. They took my door off before taking the old out and bringing the new in. In the past, delivery guys just push their way in and end up scraping the door or the wall or both and then I have to fight with the company to fix it. Very professional and careful men. Hooked up the stove and made sure it worked. Set the time too. It’s the little things that count, sometimes. So, all in all, this is the place for appliances.

Really? An appliance center that can’t deliver in the rain? And then makes you sit around for HOURS the next day since they are trying to recover from a backlog of missed appointments the day before. I thought mom-and-pop joints pride themselves on customer service. I’ve moved major cities in the rain and snow, and these guys can’t get an oven delivered. Wonder if Home Depot would ever call you and say they don’t deliver in the rain. Throw a tarp over the machine!

I really like this place. We compared their prices to Sears, Best Buy, and Lowes. We actually even looked at the prices on GE’s website itself. Lanni is by far the cheapest for the same products! sears and lowes were close to 20% more. Lanni also hooks you up with the rebates to make sure you are getting the most bang for your buck. Also their install prices are very reasonable and the lowest around. We bought 6 appliances and they gave us two for absolutely free, and they took out our old appliances and disposed of them free of charge! Do your homework. Go to lowe’s and best buy to see which ones you like in person, than check online reviews to make sure there are no major issues with that model and than go to lanni for the lowest prices around! its a very simple process and I would say in this area there is no one that can compete with lanni’s low prices. Whether you order from GE directly, Sears, or Lanni you are getting the same exact product and model number, why pay more? I can’t wait to buy another house just so we can buy more appliances from them.

I needed an air conditioner removed from my window, and also needed an additional unit removed from my apartment that I had already removed myself from the window. Both had been professionally installed by Lanni 5 – 10 years ago. I was thrilled to hear that Lanni would send someone over right away to take care of this. They called me back about an hour later and said they actually couldn’t stop by that day. Understandable, since I had just called that day. They said they would stop by the next day. They showed up about a half hour late(no big deal). They were very quick, which I appreciated. They even tried to fix my screen door that sticks, which I thought was very helpful. After they left, I saw that they seemed to have ripped up part of the trim on the windowsill when they removed the air conditioner. They did not even mention this to me before they left. I had to find it on my own. And now after they tried to fix my screen door, it sticks all of the time, not just when it slams shut. It wasn’t their job to fix it, but I wanted to mention it because I’m concerned about their expertise in general. When I called Lanni about this, it was suggested that the wood was old and that was why it got ripped up. But I know if it had been done carefully, it would not have happened. When I removed the other air conditioner, I did it slowly and did not ruin the trim. I was able to speak to the owner about this who will look into fixing this right away, which I appreciate. But I’m concerned about the people being used to actually install or uninstall the products. If someone could just rip out the AC without even noticing or wanting to tell me about what happened to the window, I’m wary about having a dishwasher or stove or anything complicated installed by them.

This is one of those few remaining independent appliance stores left that is really worth shopping at. If for no other reason than, I think knowing his competition and staying within and under their price boundries to make sure that he can still retain and bring in new customers is a remarkably smart business decision. His prices are fantastic, he will work with you on them, his talent and demeanor as a professional salesman is fantastic, he truly knows how to treat his customers. I plan on buying a new flat-screen within the next few months and you bet I’ll be going to this store.

Best prices in area because we did our homework & shopped all around. This is a mom /pop place with great service. So far we have purchased two appliances from this store so far. We bought a Kitchen Aid stainless steel French door fridge & a GE Profile convection oven & we are very happy with them. We got much better personalized service here than we did elsewhere. First of all, THEOTHER appliance stores wouldn’t come to our house & measure for free to make sure the appliances would fit our space! Lanni Appliance Center DID come measure for us for free!!! We explained that we had delicate hardwood stairs leading up to our kitchen & that we were worried about potential damage happening to them when the fridge was to be delivered. ‘Eddie’ the owner of Lanni told us not to worry & that he would send 3 people instead of two for the delivery to make sure the fridge made it up the stairs without harming the house. He was true to his word and Eddie himself arrived with the two delivery guys to oversee the installation which went along smoothly without a hitch! Our stairs survived the ordeal & we have a shiny new fridge in our kitchen!!! We highly recommend this place! We recommend speaking with the owner Eddie we enjoyed dealing with him. Ask him for his ‘best price’.We give this place a thumbs up!
