I love Alex and Ani jewelry but the staff at this store was terrible. I came into the store a couple of weeks ago and no one greeted me or asked me if I needed help. All the employees basically went into the back room and there was one person left outside to help. Then I heard them all laughing from the back. To me this seemed very weird and made me really uncomfortable, it kinda of made it seem like they were talking about me. There were two older women working there, who stood near the register and were not friendly. It seemed like they were working to socialize and didn’t care about the fact there was a customer in the store. I was very disappointed by my experience because I love the jewelry. The environment was very hostile and I would never return. It is your best bet to go to a Bloomingdales to get the bracelets. Their staff is much more helpful.

The people who work in this store don’t seem to care much about customer satisfaction. Going to this store was my first «experience» with the Alex and Ani brand and it was so negative that I will never buy these products.

Ok now not really sure about lost mothers phones & trying to get attention of employees 5 minutes after they opened, why didn’t you jus walk in the damn store & say «Hi it’s 5minutes after your open, did my mom leave her work phone in here?» I truly hate when people leave dumb ass reviews that make NO damn sence & it counts twards the business rating… I have zero vested interest in alex & ani or this store, I just stopped in to pick up a gift for a freind & were more then pleased with the service & decided to Unilocal them & saw the other stupid makes no sence review… soooo if your in the market for a few bangles for your loved ones stop & check them out… jus keep tabs on important work phones!
