Good food… make sure you ALWAYS ask for napkins. For some reasons they never give them out you must request. I forgot to ask this time but I feel like I shouldn’t have to.

I just went through the driver thru and got a #12 with a chocolate shake and onion rings. The chocolate shake was so bad I returned it for a strawberry, but I should have returned the entire thing. The chicken tasted like rubber and the onion rings were burnt.

I’ve been to this Whataburger numerous of times through the drive-thru and it never seems to fail. Waited for like 20 mins they gave me the wrong food and then when I got the correct food it was cold then the guy at the window was laughing when I told him my order was wrong. Probably won’t go back

Drive thru food with steak house sluggishness. Is this America’s slowest Whataburger? The delay wasn’t so they could make my fries… Those were cold and soggy…

Love our Sachse Whataburger! The employees are so friendly. We always enjoy seeing a young lady named Janessia who is personable and always has a can do attitude and beautiful smile on her face! Oh and the food is delicious — nothing better than a Whataburger hamburger!

The burger here was very tastey. The came out exactly as we asked for them. It was lunch time, so it did take a while But you expect that when it is cook to order instead of mcdonalds preprepared dog food that died in the window under heat lamps. No comparison. Kid at the window was friendly and helpful as well. This is a good business to support in our little town

This review is for the drive-thru line. This particular Whataburger always seem to forget something. Make sure you look inside your bag before you leave. I pulled up into Whataburger and was greeted with a monotone associate through the speaker. The order was only a few things, a buffalo ranch sandwich and a three piece chicken meal with a side of fries. After waiting about a couple of minutes, I received the order and headed home. When I got home, I checked inside the bag and found three things missing. A side of fries, gravy that comes with the meal, and napkins. I can understand if the place was busy, but they had about three cars in line and about two or three tables during the end of a lunch shift @ 1:45pm. I can also understand items like gravy, but napkins and a side of fries? Napkins is a basic staple item in any drive-thru. I even asked the associate at the drive thru window, if the meal comes with gravy and he confirmed it. The performance at the drive through line is unacceptable, I will not be returning to this particular Whataburger. Make sure you train your associates to do a consistency check before the order is transferred to the vehicle.

I must add my comments because this place is filthy! I visited at about 10 this morning. The restroom was filthy. Took 10 minutes to get my 2 biscuits with gravy. I was wondering: Did they have to cook the biscuits? Make the gravy? NOONE but me was waiting for their food inside. As I was waiting for my food, I noticed several tables were dirty and under nearly every seating area needed sweeping. A center area of tables had not been swept in days. I will not return to this location!

Don’t go here unless you have 15 minutes to spend in the drive-through line. Every single time regardless of how many people are in line.

I will never, ever for as long as I live eat at this location. The employee cleaning the dining room went to the restroom, did his business at a urinal and returned to the dining room not only without washing his hands — BUTSTILLWEARINGTHEGLOVESHE «TOOKCAREOFBUSINESS» IN. This was the most vile and foul thing I ever witnessed a restaurant employee do — EVER.

BIG Fan of Sachse’s Whataburger! We had never tried Whataburger. Being new to Texas, we knew that we had to try it at least once. We were house hunting in the area and decided to stop in. We were embarrased to admit that we were unfamiliar with the menu and that this was our first time. The employees all stopped what they were doing to help us out and give us the best whataburger experience. We each ordered something different so we could try different things on the menu. I had the Honey Mustard Whatchachicken Club which was very tasty. My husband had the A1 Thick and Hearty burger, which he devoured. I was able to sneak a bite before it disappeared and I was impressed! My son had the Whatachicken bites which he thought were«yummy in my tummy». My daughter had a «cheeseburger sandwich» which is what she calls a cheeseburger. I have to say, the food was better than what we expected, but the service was AMAZING. We really felt welcomed. Even the patrons of the place were coming up to us chatting. The manager checked on us once and the staff kept coming around clearing our plates and asking our thoughts. GREATEXPERIENCE. We can’t wait to come back, especially since we bought a house down the road! Thanks Whataburger for the great experience! :)

I’m sorry, I can’t seem to stop drooling over potato, egg, cheese and jalapeño taquitos… The drive thru of the place can be a hit or miss. I’ve definitely had a few instances where my food ordered never made it home with me. Of course lesson learned and I now check the bag before inhaling my food. Fried Chicken Fingers Breakfast Taquitos Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit MUSTHAVES!!! I like to not share these items…

Love my Whataburger. I eat here so much it’s embarrassing, as I work only a few minutes away. The new McDonald’s was exciting for a minute, but soon I found myself right back in line for a good old burger and fries from Whataburger. Their fries beat McDonald’s any day. They also have delicious breakfast. The service is a little slow, but I take that as a sign that the food is fresher.

This is a decent location. Same old same old food as other Whataburgers but I have always had pleasant service here.

I looked to my local Whataburger to be my aching hangover cure. They’re close enough so that I won’t die driving there and back home, cheap and greasy. The trifecta of hangover cures. I got a bacon cheeseburger meal with a Sprite the size of a movie popcorn bucket. It was all good until I opened the burger wrapper. That sucker was cold. Cold-cold. In my sad state, I couldn’t even stomach more than a few bites of my depressing burger. It was gross.

Very rude. :( Been here before and they were okay. Today when placing my order I kept getting interrupted. I could not finish ordering without the young lady, Hannah, asking me what to drink or was that it. Order took a while. I love Whataburger but feel the customer service is getting worse.

I’ve been to this location many a time since it’s on the way to my shop, and they never fail to disappoint for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Nothing beats a potato taquito with cheese and a cup of coffee early in the morning.
