I applied for a place here mid June. I was going to have a baby the first of July so funding a place for he and my family was in demand. We turned in everything we thought and we were told we would hear back from then June 29^th. Well it was two weeks into July and still nothing from them called and bugged Leah and finally she said we forgot to turn in something else. So it’s been a month already and we bugged her to tell us we forgot something? Very unprofessional. And we turned in the rest and still didn’t get an answer. The whole process was about two months I never heard of an apartment taking that long to get back to someone about their application. We had to call them AGAIN to be told we make to much we did the adding and we definitely do not. They are really unprofessional and it should not have taken them two months to not even process our paperwork. Ridiculous!

I absolutely hate this place. The management is horrible with everything when it comes to taking care of their tenants and responding to maintenance inquiries. They also charge ridiculous late fees, even when rent is paid on time, and the response I get when questioning them about it is «we will see what corporate says and see if they’ll waive the fee.» That is absurd!!! The late fee shouldn’t even be there in the first place. I believe they do that on purpose to keep people from being able to move elsewhere so they can tell what horrible the tenant is because they never pay rent on time. I can’t wait until I can move my family out of this hell hole.

First off, DO NOT LIVE HERE!
Someone was murdered in the complex and the only safety precaution that was made was to get the entrance gates properly working again. They were left broken for months…
A week after the murder, the gate didn’t work again and my car was broken into!
They raise the rent every lease and expect you to pay 801 a month where someone was murdered.
Tennis court is a joke. No net and they expect to count that as an amenity.
Some people are straight tweakers walking through the complex and at night cars are playing music really loud while driving by.
IN THE END…
Don’t let them fool you, this place sucks for the price.
