Anything tastes better when it’s free. If you sign up with BR, you get a free single-​scoop for your birthday! Pretty awesome, if you ask me! Good ice cream, attentive staff.

They have he best ice cream cakes in town and a great location. This location is never out of flavors and I can always count on them to get my order right! So much better than the other locations I have visited! Thanks!

Dishonest Practice in Cheating For Amount In Sizes I had ordered cut HALF of the container for 38 bucks, so she had cut it into big half as the second one into smaller half. She had gave me a smaller half, is about ²⁄₅^th. as the other container is ³⁄₅^th. of size. Question: ‘Why she had said; in 1, half size?’ She had take it to the lead lady, so her answer; weigh it. The weight said, it’s 1 gallon. This mean, 1 full container is 3 gallons. I said; HALF OF CONTAINER, this mean: 1.5 Gallon. I will look for another Baskin-​Robbins location with much better reviews toward 2015 date as posting and posted. I will get more information that regarding special menu for cut size, is none to be found.

was very disappointed with the service i recieved yesterday. My daughter and I have a tradition where we walk/​ride her scooter to Baskin robbins for an ice cream. We did this yesterday, and apparently this store had implemented a new policy requiring id for any card purchases. Well i have never been asked before, the total wad lessthan $ 2, so after my daughter had already sat down to eat her ice cream The cashier explained the new policy in which i apologized and said next time i would bring my id. He was unwilling to budge and made us return the ice cream and watched him throw it in the trash. Leaving a 5 year old little girl heartbroken. I feel there were other options that could have been arranged and felt this was very poor customer service. The store in Roseville knows my daughter and felt this would not have happened there. Very heartbreaking experience, especially since they wasted the product and upset a child.

Nothing beats Baskin Robbins for quality ice cream. Staff is always friendly. Tables are always clean.

I would have given this place five stars based on our first visit about a month ago. Two young women waited on us and they were very friendly and made really great sundaes. However, several weeks ago we went back and a young man made our sundaes about half the size they were the week before. They looked kind of sad in the cups, and didn’t even reach the top of the cups. He also gave us only about a teaspoonful of whipped cream each after we specifically said we liked it. My son, who is four, was bummed he got almost none. Let’s face it, they serve quality ice cream, unlike a big name competitor down Arden who serves cheap drug store ice cream dressed up with toppings. But get your portions right, folks! I don’t want to pay $ 6 or $ 7 for half a sundae, and what is a sundae without whipped cream? Will go to Leatherby’s, who make there own ice cream (just as good as BR’s usually) and get 2x the icecream for a little more $.

It had been years since I’d been to a Baskin-​Robbins but I found myself parked right in front of one while on my way to another store in the same shopping center. On the way back to my car, I stopped in hoping I would find my former favorite flavor, Pistachio Almond.
This shop was clean and the young woman working there was very pleasant. There was a large selection of flavors including the one I wanted. It was good as ever, just as I remembered it.
My only complaint would be that the price for the portions is higher than what you can get at other ice cream parlours.

I love ice cream and who can complain about 31 flavors.

No comment needed, really? Dont you see the star? Poor service hot as hell inside and milkshake needed more ice. Should’ve choose Leatherby’s for the price I paid (oh yeah those went up to) and no coupon valued.Naah.

My little boy loves this place. We always come here with the great grandparents when they are in town as a special treat. The staff are always friendly and give suggestions when asked. The store itself has always been very clean. I will admit that there are several of their flavors that I prefer over Coldstone.
The only downside is that the parking lot can get busy at times and sometimes hazardous. I like to go to Whole Foods first, then walk over for ice cream. They have small tables outside that we like to sit at.

I was pleased to receive a prompt call from the own of this shop. She addressed my concerns and told her what happened on my visit. She apologized and sent us some coupons to make up for things. It is very nice to see that they do appreciate our business after all. For future reference the fill line on the cups are the first indentation. So don’t be disappointed if it’s not over that and be happy if it is. ;)

I have ALWAYS loved Baskin-​Robbins, since I was a wee little girl and would be awarded a «clown cone» on my birthday. I’m pretty sure that chocolate and peanut butter has been my favorite ice cream flavor of all time since I was very little, and it still is. It tastes the same everywhere, so why write a review for this particular store?
Well, there is a young woman who works there who is absolutely fabulous. She is eager to help, but not in a plastic way. I think she truly loves to be there, serving froze joy to the patrons. She offers tastes of new flavors, suggests alternatives and is so friendly. Last time we came in she had just made a fresh waffle cone, with a touch of cinnamon in it. The store smelled wonderful. I have never ordered a waffle cone, but the smell was overpowering. I ordered her «special» waffle cone, still warm from the griddle, filled with two kids’ scoops (one PBC and a NEW flavor!) and walked away thrilled.
I wish I knew her name, because I want to give her a big shout out! Very, very nice service :)
