Best Buy Car Sales

I was looking for a reliable used car that would fit my family and my budget. I came to Best buy car because my brother had purchased his car a few months prior and had a great experience, I figured I would as well. I had looked over the car inventory posted on the site, I found a car I was very excited about. I called and had a loan pre approved we were so excited. We arrived and were greeted with a very nice sales man that had the car pulled out and ready to test drive. We got a couple blocks away when my husband and I started smelling a burning smell we turned right around and headed back we parked and popped the hood and the engine was smoking. That car was a no go! We spent the rest of the day test driving, but came up empty, I left in tears. A few weeks later I found another car I was interested in showed up with my husband, We started it he looked under the car and noticed it was leaking something when I asked the sales man about it he said «Yes it is.» I was so done with this place. Wasted our time. Why would you not tell us about this if you knew about it. We went to a dealership right next to this place called Gino Motors and found my car, Gino is amazing and his cars are beautiful!

Great dealership. NO pressure, very respectful & helpful. We left feeling wonderful about our purchase. I love an hour away & would go back to buy again! Thank you guys

I came to these guys cause they are the best car sales and they have won the best car dealership award in city. I purchase a car from these guys. Price was good process was excellent and the sales person was not pushy
