I didn’t have any computer service by this company, but because of a mixup in a package that was sent to me, I found myself in their office to thank them for helping me recover a lost item from their company from many years back. What I want to highlight is what I saw and experienced there. Upon walking in, I was introduced professionally by two people, and asked how I could be helped. While having my items replaced, I was also asked by a newcomer if I had already been helped. I said yes. I noticed on the coffee table a book about quality service and how it helps shape a business. I have to say that this was NOT just table decorations! They live this! This is their culture! While waiting, another employee came in, with the iconic BIGHAIRYDOG! I asked if this was the mascot, and was told it was. The employee walking the dog was also very friendly. After getting my items replaced, I asked to speak to the person who sent me the package, and expressed my thanks to them for all that they’ve done. I’m not an official customer of theirs, but I have to say that their customer service was better than I’ve seen anywhere! I’ve never seen so many employees who go out of their way and offer to help you.(Even in a car dealership when you look like you’re going to drop some serious cash!) Great customer service deserves to be recognized, and while they don’t expect this from me, I wanted to «let their light shine», by sharing it with the world! I am VERY impressed! Thank you for your courtesy!
