This is the best barber in the U.S. My husband used to get his hair cut by Buff the whole time we lived in Sacramento. After we moved to the East Coast, we have never found anyone as good as Buff. He is the nicest guy too. He remembers my husband & his haircut (flat top with fade on sides) when we come to visit Sacramento once a year. My hubby got married in a Buff cut for our Nevada wedding, and dang he looked good :) I’ll post a picture of his cut.

In this old school barber shop, you’ll find a barber who has been there for decades. When there are no clients in the shop, he’s fly tying and working on fishing rods. It reminds me of my grandfather’s shop. As far as cuts go, my wife compliments the cuts from Buffs more than from any salon I used to frequent.
