I’m not sure what happened, but I assume it was the ownership change that has brought the quality down at this location. By far, the slowest drive thru I’ve been to. The last few times have been slow, but the most recent was the worst. I waited almost 10 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me. And that wait was just to get to the speaker box where I was greeted with a «can you wait please». And waited another few minutes just to put my order in. They weren’t even busy inside either. I don’t know why they have become so slow. It’s a fast food restaurant that doesn’t serve fast food. Lol. Luckily I haven’t noticed much of a drop in food quality, except their chicken nuggets. It seems like they cut the size of the Nuggets in half. That must be how they are able to run their 10 nugget specials, because you’re really only getting 5 or 6 of their original size nuggets before they changed sizes. Also their bacon breakfast croissant is tiny. You get 1 paper thin piece of bacon they break in half. It’s so thin, you can barely taste it. On the plus side, the drive thru is 24 hours. But that’s really the only positive I can say at this time.

I remember roughly 10 years ago when I was in middle school, this WAS the spot to go to after school. Dropped by last week and I have to say, very dirty inside and out… and came here for a quick bite… wow, their food quality has gone down the drain. Their new marketing product chicken fries were disgusting. Fried powder of a half an inch thick and the inside was dryer than Arizona. Would not come by again… It is not one star because it provided me a place to pee.

Not bad, not bad at all, Burger King. I was in shock at the level of service and the quality of food the night before, I called in and the employee who answered was more than helpful. He assured me that such behavior was not acceptable, as well that he will be able to help me with the inconvenience. I came in the day after the initial visit, I was greeted by an eager individual who repeated my order and prepared me fresh(no salt) fries and fresh I was not even asked to prove that I was there the night before, all the food was fresh and made as I had requested. I’m impressed, I’ll stop by again one day to make sure this place is in great shape.

I was gonna upgrade my review to four stars because the service is always good here, but back down to three because damn I thought the point of fast food was that it was cheap. Average price for a burger here is $ 5. Thems restaurant prices son. If I wanted to pay that much for a burger I’d buy it at Willies. I’ve tried BK beef burgers, fish burgers, chicken burgers… they’re all very not great. I actually get angry I wasted a meal on them. Well the chicken burgers are good I guess. Those buffalo chicken fries have been calling my name though. Still need to try those. And they have pumpkin spice shakes! Aw man. No wonder diabetes is an epidemic.

This place is honestly amazing! The service is incredible. I literally waited 1 minute and 30 seconds to feed my entire family of 8(about $ 50 worth of food). The employees are always so nice to me and all of the other customers. One employee in particular, Ron, just had the BEST fast food customer service skills I’ve seen in my life. I eat fast food almost twice a day and I swear I’ve been everywhere you can possible go trough a drive thru, but I’ve never seen anybody as fantastic of an employee as Ron. I highly suggest that the manager there hires more employees like Ron. He’s just a great vibe and he gets the job done while keeping everybody satisfied. I will definitely return to this Burger King. 5⁄5 stars!

Went through drive-thru and it took OVER20 minutes and there were only 2 cars in front of me! You know that once you have a car behind you there’s nothing you can do. When I finally got to the front window I asked what was the hold up and the worker replied that someone wanted fries without salt. Well then pull them forward so the rest of us can get our food and be gone! When I got home I found that my food wasn’t made correctly(add mustard and extra pickles) and my fries were not even warm. I called and was given the manager’s phone number. I called and he said I could get a replacement meal. I went in two days later and the manager was a worker were yelling about a well done Whopper. I waited almost 5 minutes then walked out. If you want really bad service then this is your place.

I prefer McDonald’s, but Burger King is okay. I never eat inside, but I have gone inside a few times to order. Interior is nice, lots of seating and pretty clean. The drive thru lane can be slow and there’s always a long line, so I just go inside. As for the food, it’s okay, kind of expensive for fast food, but there’s a 2 for $ 5 deal and theres usually coupons in thr mail :) Fries here are okay, but the large fries isn’t even a large… more like a medium or small :(On the bright side the drive thru is open 24 hrs :)

So I’ve given this place a couple tries over the last year. In that time, the food I’ve gotten has seemed stale, hard and not at all appetizing. Unfortunately it’s on a route I commonly take late and it’s the only thing right there when you need a quick snack. Tonight was no exception. It was so bad we gave it back. They told me I should get my refund but weren’t sure if it would go back on my card. So if not, come back for it… Well I have to say next time I’d rather starve. Avoid avoid avoid!

One thing that people need to understand, the workers in the evening deliberately back up the drive thru to discourage more customers from lining up. They log one order at a time, and leave the rest of the cars backed up to the parking lot entrance. The staff is paid by the hour, and if customers drive away because of the line, it’s less work for them while they still get paid the same. I drove through Greenhaven Dr and turned in. I saw one car at the pickup window, and thought I’d be through quick. Sure enough, when I pulled into the lot, there was one car at the window, and three more backed up behind it, four including me. Five minutes go by. The cars move forward. Again, the next car is sitting there waiting, no one is taking her order. The process repeats. Finally, 20 minutes later, I’m at the window. I’m stuck waiting, and there are three cars behind me. I wait another 7 minutes, before I get my order taken. By the time that I round the corner to the pick up window, sure enough. No car in front of me. They’re taking and filling one order at a time, encouraging customers to drive off so they can do less work while collecting the same pay. The owner and the corporate office should really be alerted to this.

For being open 24 hours, going through drive thru is very slow. I came in a little before 1 where it says they are closing. The sign outside the second window where you pick up your food has a sign that says the drive thru is open 24 hours but on Unilocal it says it closes at 1. The hours open says it’s 5:30 am to 10:00 pm everyday. Although the service is slow, the workers are very nice and bring a good attitude. I would come back if they weren’t slower.

Whopper whopper whopper! Can’t go wrong when you order the whopper. this burger King has been here for a long time. It wasn’t the cleanest or best service before, but with remodeling and Change of staff, I have noticed it’s much cleaner and the service is better. Drive through can be a Lil slow at times. But over good and recommend it.

So today me and my mother went though the drive thur and order 4 meal for breakfast. When we get to the window the girl lisa very nice and sweet gives us our food. we leave and notice we are missing a sandwitch we got the drink and the harshbrown but not the sandwich. We pull back into the drive thur i let them know they forgot something but not only that one of the other sandwichs is wrong so i hand her the wrong sandwich explain we had four meal but only three sandwichs and that the sandwich i was handing her was wrong still pleasent at this point lisa is gives me a new bag i look in there and there is only one sandwich when i clearly explained there should be two. So i am waiting at the window at this point i am upset and once again explain this to lisa i order 4 meals. Lisa not so nice anymore explains to me that i didnt order 4 meals and i asked her than why did you give me a 4th drink and a 4th harshbrown with a dumb founded look on her face i hand her the receipt. She than continues to argue with me why i dont know it clearly states what i order on the receipt. So having worked in customer service my whole life i would never argue with a customer about how they are wrong so i ask to speak to a manager who must have been a shift lead or assistant manager she was so nice and helpful unlike lisa who was rude and as lisa told the line to make my other sandwich for the third time i could hear he saying all the sandwiches are right ummm no they arnt because you forgot one. For $ 26 i will take my business to carls jr it is alot cheaper and taste 100 times better and i never get an attitude if a mistake is made. I dont expect anyone to bend over backsward or move mountains for me but dont argue with a customer telling them they are wrong first rule of customer service that escalates things. So maybe lisa needs a bit more one on one training with a manager before she can work the window in the morning. But her i will help you out lisa Step one: customer say order is wrong you should first LISTEN to the customer before saying anything Step two: apologize for the inconvence to your customer even if you thought i was wrong it makes a differnce Step three: dont fuck up a third time and get an attitude with the customer when u do If any of these steps are to hard for you to do dont work customer service.

Let me start off by saying that this is Burger King and I know that when I am in a mood for a burger, they are usually the furthest thing from my mind. My expectations of Burger King are not and never have been high. I know I’m not going to Burger King for a culinary experience but for convenience. Unfortunately, this Burger King in particular can’t even offer that in addition to their crappy food. I am not exaggerating in saying that every time I have gone through that place, I have received the wrong order or completely cold food or both. And not cold in that it wasn’t warmed up long enough to be edible again, I mean cold in the way that it wasn’t even bothered to be warmed up again. I ask for crispy chicken strips, I get something smothered in what they call buffalo sauce that I specifically said I did not want. Also, the wrong food is typically cold and the fries are cold and soggy. I’ve called back, turned around and gotten them replaced with fresher, warmer, correct food, I’ve called and spoken to the managers, got coupons for free food, but it still persisted to the point where I will not even bother any longer even though they apologize and may do it better the second time. I don’t feel like it’s too much to ask of a fast food place to get an order correct the first time and for the food to be warm enough to give the illusion that it’s not been sitting out for 12 hours. So do yourself a favor and just keep on driving to McDonald’s off pocket road or pick up food from Sharis next door and pretend the Burger King of crap is just not there or will be miraculously replaced with an in n out someday.

Often the patrons here speak loudly(a foreign language) making it hard to enjoy your food. That’s why I usually do drive-thru. Not the best, not the cleanest, not the newest, not the friendliest, Burger King I’ve ever been to. The workers here are nothing to rave about, they will get your order right about 80% of the time. Tip… Always check your order, if you go to the drive-thru, before you go leave to make sure they got it right.

This Burger King is great to come to. I always have fast service at the drive thru. They never get my order wrong. And they are alway friendly. Much better than the McDonalds on Pocket. I also love that they have large Icee’s for $ 1 as this are my daughters favorite. And compared to mother fast food joints, their food is usually well made. I’ll keep coming back.

The most disorganized and upsetting bk joint I have been too. Makes me want to disregard all fast food! Had to wait 20 min for 3 small burgers only to get home and realize one is completely wrong. They tried to make it right by having me return(a 10 min drive), making me another and returning my $. However upon my arrival no one acknowledged me and I still had to wait another 10 min. Really? Ugh. I am through.

I’m not a big bk fan. I used to go here several times a week for breakfast when I lived closer. I do not eat their burgers often, but I do get breakfast a few times a month. When I go here my food is almost always hot and the service is decent. I’ve been going to this bk since the 90’s and I’ve only had several bad experiences. I don’t go in as often; but the dining area is usually clean. The drive through might have garbage on the floor occasionally, but I’ve seen them picking up the trash enough times while waiting for my food to know that they stay on it. If I were a flame broiled burger guy i’d eat here more often; but I’m not. I’m not a fan of the fries either. But I do love the breakfast and icees.
