One star is a stretch. I spent almost $ 1000 dollars at this store and 1 yr later my couch cushions were completely flat in the middle. I called them inquiring about my warranty or just to see if they could fix it. Their manager DAVID, who was rude and frankly shouldnt be working with the public informed me I was a month over my warranty. I asked if the owners could contact me and stand behind their product, which they never did. After I sent multiple pics showing that the couch was not overused or abused via email i never heard anything back. Its now 2 months later and 2 spri gs have broke. Ugh! Multiple phone calls and nobody responding. I finally got the manager on the phone he said they would consider giving me a disc. on something else. I have never heard of a 1yr old couch breaking or needing to be replaced! This place is a SCAM! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE PRODUCTS. PLEASE! PLEASE! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE AND GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID.

We bought an entertainment center from this furniture store last year December for parents’ Christmas gift. Annie was very patient to help us pick the furniture. We want something that look nice but with reasonable price. When we left the store, we had two entertainment centers in mind but couldn’t decide which one. Annie emailed the pictures of the two to us so we can look at it again and made a final decision. it was 2 weeks before Christmas when this happened. They managed to get the entertainment center in for us before Christmas. I would strongly recommend C W Furnishings to my friends.

My daughter and her roommate moved into their first apartment and we spent weeks looking for the perfect couch. She saw a couch at Becks and fell in love with it but they would not budge on price or deliver for free. Trying to stay within her student budget I called around and CW Furnishings gave her the lowest price. When we went to the actual store our salesperson was David and he was very helpful and answered all our questions. The store does have allot of furniture but the more furniture the better so you can see styles and colors and try out. Things can look different in the order books and not feel very comfortable when you get it. Overall we were very pleased with our purchase and will do business here again.

Horrible customer service. I called to get some prices and was told that his competitors were selling fake Ashley furniture. When I explained the furniture had actual Ashley furniture tags he refused roti help me saying he was too busy to give me a price check on another item. Poor business ethics!

I saw a couple of super attractive ads on craigslist from this location so I thought I’d give it a try! But I was oddly… very disappointed.
Pros:
— Parking lot
Cons:
— Price does not match craigslist prices
— items very close together hard to navigate store
— Very secluded location
— Furniture is not comfortable but that is subjective
I would not recommend nor would I return.
