Came here for a quick drink before my flight. They had a pretty good selection on tap. The bartender was quick to get to me and we had a pretty good conversation. Great place to hang out at before your flight.

Fast and friendly airport restaurant in the Southwest Airlines terminal. The waitress was great in telling us how long meals take so we would not order something too long. There are plenty of tvs and the tables are are spread apart for your luggage room. I ordered French onion soup and it was good($ 9) and Gatorade($ 4). It’s a little pricey for what you get, but I guess that’s the cost of a limited supply and demand model. Overall, it was A okay!

Friendly staff and a nice space. I expected my pork quesadilla to have a little more flavour, but that’s okay. Tater tots were really good. A good spot to kill a couple hours waiting for my flight.

We had a lot time to kill today here at the airport as we had all kinds of issues ranging from a cancelled flight to our destination due to the severe weather and two different airlines booked to our destination. We came early because online checkin would not let us print out our second set of tickets. After taking care of that at a separate airlines in a different terminal it was all good and I was ready to eat!!! I decided to eat at Cafeteria 15L but only because we had the extra time here! Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry! You will be chasing down the waitress! I mean literally!!! Our waitress acknowledged us multiple times before she finally stopped to take our order. Hubby was going to order a breakfast burrito but it was the afternoon already and the waitress said they only had waffles left. He’s not a waffle guy!!! Lol I had contemplated the breakfast croissant egg, bacon & cheese sandwich so it was a good thing I decided on the Chicken Cobb salad instead! In fact we both ordered the same entrée! I ordered a Diet Pepsi too. I had to ask a different waitress for a refill because our waitress disappeared for at least twenty minutes! What the heck? I do have to mention the deliciousness of the Chicken Cobb salad that was huge and filling though! It had fresh spinach leaves and baby spring mix plus grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, some avocado, hard boiled egg and bits of blue cheese. The salad dressing tasted like ranch dressing. I have to admit it was more than enough for me to eat as I barely could finish it! Overall our experience was just barely average. I do have to admit prices were really exorbitant but that’s due to being at the airport. Another downfall the service was disappointing too. So I highly doubt we will be back unless you sit at the bar as service can be quicker though we did see someone at the bar spill a glass full of a drink on their lap while we were there as well as neighbors of ours got up to leave as they were in a hurry! Just one of those off days here do you think? After we were done with our salads another two full salads came out!!! Wth? Plus the waitress brought us the wrong tab. My husband pointed out it’s possible our waitress may not make the cut as she kept apologizing to everyone and kept making mistakes plus she failed to place a chicken sandwich order with the lady by us! A lot of customers were not happy here! So come here at your own risk. It was barely 2.75 stars review for us. End of this story! Lol

This bar is my go to when traveling. I have NEVER had a bad drink, meal, or bartender. The Cobb salad is so delicious and has actual greens. The amount of chicken, blue cheese, etc is in perfect ratio. The turkey club is the BEST club I have ever had. The bread is toasted like a grilled cheese giving it a different flavor and the amount of meat and avocado is to die for! The staff is courteous and very quick when they are busy. The wait staff isn’t bad looking either! ;) Make sure you sit at the bar. They have phone charging stations and you are likely to be served faster but hands down the best airport bar/restaurant I have been to.

Wow. I haven’t had service this bad in a looooong time! I’ll preface this review with the fact that I fly in and out of the Sacramento airport at least 1 – 2 times a month. I typically visit Vino Volo… which has good wines but mediocre food. Tonight I decided to try this place and could not have been more disappointed. I walked in and followed the directions on the sign which stated, «seat yourself.» OK. No problem. Next, a haggard, extremely stressed«waitress» blew past my table and that of the women next to me and instead of welcoming us, stated, «here» as she hurriedly placed menus on our tables and retreated to deal with other customers. As she was walking away she told us that we would have to wait for service because there were others ahead of us. OK. Annoyed with her customer service skills, but understood. It is an airport after all. 10 long minutes later she came back and couldn’t remember which one of us to serve first. It was me, and I asked for a glass of Sterling Cab($ 14.25 for a 9oz pour). Of course, the waitress stated they were out of it and the pinot, but had their foul house cab at $ 14 for a 9oz pour). Obviously, they make more money off the swill wine than the better quality wine. Also– they offer a 5oz glass of wine. Who has ever heard of that? Standard glass of wine in the industry is 6oz. 10 minutes later she whips by and deposits my glass of wine on my table without even making a comment or eye contact. As I took a sip, I could taste soap on the glass. Sadly, I could also see off white liquid around the rim of the glass. I presumed this was soap on the glass. No thank you. I don’t need to get sick. I worked in food service during college. Even I as an ignorant college student was trained to inspect all glassware and dishes before use. Apparently, this is not the case now. I placed an order for the burger, medium rare with a salad. It was brought out by someone else, who ironically, was cheerful… but didn’t ask if I needed anything else. I went about eating my burger, which was decent, but I wanted mustard, ketchup and mayo. My waitress never came over, not once to check on me, but like clockwork, placed the bill on my table. From my table I watched customer after customer get up to ask for water, utensils, ketchup etc. because they were tired of waiting. Someone ordered a pork dish of some kind, but the woman behind the bar said they didn’t have any pork tonight, instead they had chicken. She jokingly noted that it was, «the other white meat.» The food at this place is expensive for what you get. I highly, highly recommend you avoid this place until they get their act together. Service is not rocket science. You have to provide adequate staff, AND training. The staff you hire must understand the business and must have some enthusiasm for the job. No one behind the bar seemed to look up to see what was going on in the food service area and there did not seem to be anyone in or assuming a management role. How does a BAR run, out of a common wine and fail to order enough pork for a popular dish? BADMANAGEMENT, that’s how. In case you were wondering…1 glass of wine and a burger $ 32.Oh and… no service, no tip! Save your money and get a chair massage next door. Not coming back any time soon.

Food is mediocre. Service is worse. My waitress today barely checked in with me. I asked for a glass of water and it was never brought to me. I probably was there an hour and only saw my waitress once. The chap next to me though had great service: waitress stopped by often to check on him. She was polite and pleasant. I am at this terminal often and will not be eating here again.

Don’t come here if you are in a hurry! 40 minutes to get our drinks and about an hour and a half to get the food. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and the bread was cold, cheese wasn’t even melted. Waste of money.

Ah… Can’t give five stars because the service isn’t always super fast and at the airport that’s important. Food and drinks taste good once you get em:)

Poor beer selection, mediocre service and bar food. Probably not bad for airport food, but service was really not there.

Came for breakfast and was hoping for the same quality food this restaurant serves in downtown Sacramento. Very disappointed that the«breakfast potatoes» were only french fries and the jam for the bread was the small Smuckers packages with little taste.

Slow service, if the bartender actually serves you. Was waiting for ten minutes to be acknowledge. When taking drink order some loudmouth on the other side the bar starts shouting his drink order. Bartender stops taking my order to make this persons drink across the bar. While waiting, heard that food took about 30 mins to prepare, and was not worth cost or wait. Decided to get up and leave. Went to the bar on the other side of the terminal. Doing this review so that I remember next time I come to this airport to not stop here.

This restaurant is located in Terminal B between Gates B16&B18. After scouring every place to eat in Terminal B I decided on The Cafeteria based on food selection and price. The prices average out at $ 12.99 and beers are around $ 8.00 each. Not badly priced at all when you’re used to living in Seattle. The service was friendly and expedited. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich with fries for $ 11.99. My lunch was served within 15 minutes of ordering and came with a complimentary green salad. The shoestring fries are an enormous portion! The chicken salad is okay and satiates that need for chicken salad with cubed not shredded chicken. The roll is very soft, warm and fresh. The sandwich could use a bit more chicken, less onion and less mayonnaise. I will likely not order another chicken salad sandwich from here but will try something else on their menu next time. The food gets 3 stars however service puts this convenient place at 4 stars.

I am in the airport right now, flight delayed for hours, drinking beer at this bar. The kitchen seems to be slow, though I didn’t order any food. Drinking a Sam Adams Octoberfest that cost $ 10.50 for 20oz, I am still thankful. The staff seems to be dealing with the rush of unhappy travelers as well as possible and now that there is a second bartender, the drinks are flowing quicker.

Went to this place twice this week. The first time we had prompt friendly service. The food wasn’t super amazing but decent for airport food. The second time we had slow painful service. I had to ask when the food was coming out because to had been 20 – 30 mins since we ordered. We were assured that our order would be out in 1 – 1.5 mins. 5 mins later the food finally comes out. We both ordered burgers. The burger I ordered medium was so hammered it’s obviously at least 25% smaller than the burger buns. My husband could not detect any cheese on his. He alerted our server who made him start taking the burger apart later by layer to find this supposed cheese.(«now lift up the tomato, yeah I see some cheese in there») She was able to detect hints of cheese and deemed it okay. We are still skeptical about the cheese. I had a burger with onions rings according to the menu. There were no onion rings. Her response was we’re out sorry. They didn’t tell me. In the end, there were half hearted apologies. Do not come here in a rush or expecting your order to come out right. So much fail.

My flight didn’t leave for a couple of hours so I decided to grab a drink and nibble of some food. I ordered their pulled pork quesadilla and the boxing irish. I wasn’t disappointed at all given that it’s an airport restaurant. The drink was well made and the quesadilla was delicious. The waitress was very cordial and attended to my need on a good basis. I’d definitely comeback to this place.

I would have loved to try this place. Everyone is too lazy to clean the tables while the manager is texting and playing candy crush on his phone. Employees just sitting around and chatting with each other. Oh well, you just lost a customer. But you probably don’t care!

Plain and simple: Airport food. I had higher expectations going in but at least I left full. I ordered a turkey burger which was cooked quite literally«to a crisp». It was very well done. I have never had a turkey patty that was so dry and a bit crunchy. The good news is that their thin cut fries were pretty good, but I did order the garlic fries and received regular fries. They really need to work on quality control. It also seemed to take quite a while to receive the food after ordering. It was just a burger and fries so Im not sure what took so long.

This is a great spot located within Terminal 2 in the Sacramento Airport(SMF). I have been here probably 10 – 15 times and haven’t really had a bad experience. Foodwise, the salads are awesome and the appetizers are fairly solid. Beerwise, this is their bright spot with tons of beers on draft and even a seasonal or two… IMHO, this is a great spot to enjoy an appetizer and a beer prior to your flight. Pros– Food Beer selection Promptness Appetizers Service Cons– Pricey Can get crowded

As much as I like Sacramento International Airport(SMF) — it pretty much dies down after about 8:30pm — so it was nice to see a place open and still serving drinks and food … since our flight had been delayed. Not anything real special about this place that stands out to me. The drinks were good — but WAY over priced due to being in an airport and passed security — so it’s not like you can pull out your FLASK and swig on down! I did have a spicy bloody mary and it was good. The food was good — but again, WAY over priced for what you got. As a group we got a wedge salad, some sort of tater tot mess, and something else I hope I have a picture of so I can remember … In general — I try never to eat and drink at any airport establishment — unless it’s in VEGAS! Overall — I wouldn’t be creating a stampede to get to this place — next trip out I’ll try someplace else first.
