I’ve easily been here over 100 times, now time to leave a review :) I mean what can I say the food is fresh and it’s good value and the workers treat me right. It is usually pretty packed when I come here but that does not really stop me. The inside area is pretty nice and so is the outside but also nothing too special The food is really good here, the salsa’s always taste fresh and the protein is always cooked right. Sometimes when I come here the chicken is burnt or the steak is not cut properly and is filled with tough and chewy pieces this happens about 1⁄10 times I come here. The workers here are very friendly and are usually generous with the portions and will usually get exactly what you wanted within 3 minutes you will not be disappointed with Chipotle’s service. Overall review/TL: DR Food 4⁄5 Dining area: 3.5÷5 service 5⁄5 Overall 4.5÷5

My sister grabbed us some burrito bowls last night and as she was taking a bite noticed that the chicken was raw. Be careful! I won’t be eating at this chipotle!

This location is too bad compare to other. I try once in a while and they still give less meat and corn than other location. I think it has something to do with this location manager who trained them to be like this.

Chipotle is known for(or used to be known for) long lines during rush hours which were basically all hours for the chain. This particular facility is just awful. Whoever decided to put such a commonly crowded, small restaurant in this building was cruel. If you plan to go, plan to park your vehicle decently far away where it is completely out of view. The parking lot consisting of MAYBE10 – 15 spots(mostly taken by neighboring McDonald’s employees and diners) is shared with a very busy payday advance loan store and parking remotely close or within view is almost always out of question. They seem to have a constant turn-around in team members and unlike the majority of chipotles out there, the staff seems to care more about hanging out with each other than delivering that consistent, exceptional level of customer service in the most efficient way. To top it off my last attempt at becoming a regular with them(they are closest to home) I ordered chips and salsa on the side which is not a usual for my but I had a particular sudden craving for the delicious salty lime chips and fresh salsa. My chips were stale enough for me to run to the liquor store across the street and grab some $ 2 Santitas for the sake of at least enjoying the salsa. It’s a shame seeing a reputable name like chipotle be so easily misrepresented by uninterested employees and lack of systematic management. I think I am done giving this location additional attempts. After failing 3 out of 3 experiences with this location and the frustration and risk involved with the parking here, I know see the benefits in driving an extra 10 minutes or so to go to a location that represents the business model and delivers the same high level customer service and efficiency every time diners visit.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted in a friendly manner and helped as soon as possible by this really cute blonde girl whose name I did not catch, and the service was great until I got to the hot sauce and sour cream. At this point I was being helped by a young cook named Eric. He was going a great job. As a chef, I noticed he was on the flat top and filled the line with the appropriate ingredients while I was starting my order and then hopped on the line to help the growing number of customers. At this point Lisa came out to the line, as Eric was talking to me about my. order, she stopped and asked what he was doing out here. He responded, saying the line needed help. She immediately told him to get back to the flat top in a demeaning tone and raised voice, in front of. customers! Long story short, Lisa ruined my experience, killed my vibe and made me feel horrible for Eric, he was going above and beyond, and again I say that from a chefs perspective.

I dislike you and your workers Chipotle, plain and simple. No matter how much I try and smile and be kind and sweet, your people at this location just basically suck old dried smelly feet before they come out on the prep line and they take it out on me and my burrito. WHY? Why do I have to beg for more corn? Why do I have to plead for the fajita veggies that are coming off the grill instead of the middle aged Latina beating the last of the old veggies out of the steam tray? Why is there a dance off requirement if I ask for«a little more cheese, please»? Seriously, there’s a battle! Why do you instruct your employees to act like there’s gold flakes in the corn and I’m a gold digger only there to take mining claim? It’s corn for goodness sakes! Honestly, I’m done. Send as many free burrito coupons as you want, I simply can’t with you all any more. Your customer service sucks and again with the e coli? I’m done! But please do send more free burrito coupons! I will go through our condos recycled junk mail again so I can give them away to the homeless in our community! Hey, everybody deserves to eat carne asada every once in awhile!

The pros are it’s Chipotle! Fresh tasty Mexican food. Unlike how they have updated their kids meals to include more choices. This location is always very fast and accurate. I have used them for some large orders or work and they always are ready at the specifies time. Cons is the parking situation. Small lot that has three food options makes for tough parking.

Giving y’all a 4 star only because the ladies on the line are SWEET as hell. But the chick on cash is a straight cunt. You should brush up on your customer service skills. Maybe do your job and stop rushing customers(especially when y’all are slow as hell at the time) and quit givin dirty looks when they ask you for things. I shouldn’t have to ASK for anything, it’s your job to ask if I want chips/salsa and a drink. You’re rude as shit. Get it together.

Pretty building, clean on the inside & really friendly employees! The only reason it’s not getting 5 stars, is because of the lack of seating. There is more seating outside than inside. Probably the best Chipotle I’ve been to!

So I have to update my last review. They have been pretty good about their to go orders the last few weeks idk if it’s because of everything that was going on that they are trying harder to keep customers. Although this place is always busy! My food was hot when I got it! Extremely happy about that. I don’t know if I’ve had it any fresher. Overall they are stepping up their game. Thank you!

So to heat up cheese in ur burrito its $ 3.50 more. U have to be kidding me now… Let me explain: A small cheese and steak quesadilla is $ 7.50… A burrito is pretty much the same with steak rice cheese… U name all u want to put in it… Apparently they want to charge me for the same burrito over $ 10 bux for literary heating up the cheese. This is ridiculous. I don’t mind spend my $$$ where is worth it. I mean prices go up but don’t abuse. They even agreed in there.

This location is soo good. I go here when I have school at ARC and it’s always packed but always very quick and efficient in their service. I’ve never had a bad experience or food here. My favorite item is the chicken burrito bowl — Yum!

Chipotle is ok if you like hair in your food and idiots that don’t know what a serving size is. I would give it no stars if Unilocal would let me. After 50 questions, a long wait, and all sorts of different amounts of toppings my tacos fell apart in my hands. I was tired and just wanted a quick meal but some ditzy blonde woman working the lettuce line on May 31st2015 had the nerve to tell me to keep my hands behind the glass when I pointed to the lettuce. Ironically the same woman’s hair ended up in my girlfriend’s bowl. Good thing I kept my nasty hands behind the glass. These people should be wearing hear nets and keeping their stupid mouths shut. Never eat at this location! As a corporation I’m completely un impressed by how«healthy» Chipotle thinks they are when they have employees that can’t even put the right amount of sour cream or meat on tacos. I will never eat at Chipotle again and would much rather spend the 30 – 45 minutes to cook my own tacos/burritos. I applaud them for trying to make fast food healthy but the only thing they have going for them is slightly better ingredients.

Not my favorite Chipotle. The food is just like any other Chipotle: excellent, but a bit pricey. The service at this location is reasonably fast, but not as friendly as other ones. Proximity to ARC and main roads means it can get pretty busy. The real problem here is the size — it’s the smallest Chipotle I’ve ever been in. There’s seriously fewer than 20 seats inside, and a lot of them are fairly close together. So, I’ve had several times where I had to either eat outside or take my order to go.

So I’ve never had a bad experience at this location until now. It was towards the end of closing and there was not too many people in line. Apparently the drama amongst employees was more important than customer service this evening. As we stood waiting in line we heard about drama ongoing amongst employees. We observed one employee getting off shift and taking money out of the tip jar and talking to the cashier about what she was going to be doing after work. After waiting in line for approximately 5 to 6 minutes with only one person in front of us we finally got our food only to notice there’s no receipt and my burrito was leaking from the rapper into the bag. The employees seem to be in a rush when it came to what was going on with them however not a tentative to customer service. Noticeable one of the employees was making my food she almost put something on there without asking me and then had to almost remove it, this being hot salsa. This experience unfortunately will affect my chance of ever returning to this location.
