Used this company multiple times and have always had a good experience, but never again. The younger woman and guy who work the front counter have great customer service skills and are awesome. Had an issue with a propane burner and the emergency line technician was condescending and brushed me off. So $ 100 worth of rental equipment couldn’t be used. When I brought it back to let them know, he came out and pretty much said I have no common sense. Please don’t let this guy talk to customers. I was floored by his dismissiveness. No one told me to bring tools when using their burner until it was too late. Thanks for horrible experience.

Used them for our wedding last October. We rented chairs and a display table for our ceremony at the State Capitol.
I met a manager at a wedding show and he was very friendly and helpful in providing me information. He even gave me a bridal show discount.
They were easy to work with and prompt with any communications (usually emails). I went to the warehouse on one day just so I could see some items for myself and they were very helpful and accommodating during my visit.
On the day of, they delivered and set up the chairs as I had desired at the time requested. The pricing was very reasonable.

I was recently married this past August and we had a lovely wedding at home. We knew it would be a feat to provide everything from the chairs to the napkins to the coffee cups to the serving trays. Delta not only had every single supply we needed, they went completely out of their way to accommodate our needs and help us pull together the big day! Derek and Jessica were amazing. They helped us design the tables and when we something like an extra cooler, they made it happen. I was SHOCKED by how amazing this company was. In these days, usually you don’t get much help and every single thing comes with a price. The people at Delta know how business is done and how to make their customers happy. Its a family business and from the start, they treat you like family and make sure your day or event is priority 1!!! They also helped with the bridal shower and making sure we had all the supplies, AND they delivered everything to our house on time and professionally. I am just so thrilled with our experience and if you are deciding on a company to help you with whatever you need, CHOOSE DELTA! You won’t regret it and you’ll make some friends along the way.
