Executive Inn and Suites

Worst experience ever. Service is horrible and the rooms are not worth the price. For what I paid I would have felt more comfortable at the motel 6 or LA Quina down the street for a cheaper price. All the 10 channels they have come in fuzzy. To top it off, It’s been over a week and I still have not received my $ 50 deposit and when I call the office a rude unhelpful lady named Tina tells me «she doesn’t know what to tell me» and the manager is never in. Don’t stay here it’s not a pleasant stay in any aspect.

Let’s see… the hot-​tub was dry, there were several broken cabinet handles, the shower smelled like mildew, judging by the logo on the phone, it is a renamed Super 8, and I was solicited by a prostitute right by the lobby door at 7 a.m. Don’t stay there… At least it was cheap, but now I know why.

Horrible service, horrible rooms, went home itchy and skin irritated and bumpy don’t come here I’d rather sleep in the park

Extremely friendly staff, room is very clean and housekeeping is very thorough. Very nice size room for the price I want. I have absolutely no complaints will repeat.

The breakfast is gross and the check in time took more than 15 minutes… even though I was the only person there. Pay a little more and just go somewhere nicer. The area also does not feel the safest.

I have never, ever dealt with worst customer service in my life. The owner has a HORRIBLE attitude. From accusing me of having a dog in my room (turns out it was the homeless guy outside), to trying to force their way into my room because they «have to» give services once a day and arguing with me about it. Also, the lady at the front desk was so rude and acted like I was bothering her when I went to pay for my room. Her whole attitude was horrible and she literally told me if I don’t like it to leave. Yea. That’s GREAT customer service. Oh. I also had a homeless guy beating on my door at 5 am and another beating on the door next to my room at 6:30 am. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

I thought I was booking at a place I had stayed in the past, so I was surprised when my navigation took me to a Super 8 that had a thin plastic sign that read «Executive Inn and Suites» taped over it. I went in hoping there were some good renovations or something.
1) What’s the point of having granite counters and a nice (ish) wet bar if the main attraction, the bed, sucks? The renovations should have started there.
2) smaller but still annoying: when choosing and attaching the face plate for the shower water knob, make sure the H and the C actually correspond to Hot and Cold. I let the water run for three minutes waiting for it to warm up before I noticed the sinks were the opposite of the shower labeling.
3) It’s really annoying when the main light automatically turns off after a set amount of time. I don’t want to work in a cave, nor do I want to get up every 10 mins to turn the light back on.
Strongly considering forgoing my second night here and either driving home late or eating the price of another location.

I stayed here as a stopping point on the way to the coast from Nevada. It is an old super eight motel and the rooms showed their age. We stayed on the first floor, the bathroom seemed clean but the carpet had stains and the room had a cigarette smell to it. There is no sound proofing between floors as we heard the person above us pacing and slamming things around all night. We left at 3:00am in the morning because we couldn’t sleep. The neighborhood around the hotel is full of homeless people and it seem like an area where you would get mugged. We will stay somewhere else on future trips.

Cute and quaint. Used to be a Super 8, and looks like a family bought and now runs it. There are little upgrades and personal touches throughout the rooms and lobby. Free continental breakfast, and super comfortable beds.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, reasonable rates.
We enjoyed our stay here and will remember this location when in town
